  • We are introduced to the villain, Steelbeak.

    J. Gander requests Darkwing Duck's help on a case because they have lost several S.H.U.S.H. agents. Darkwing is showing Launchpad his latest gadget and Launchpad decides that he wants to be the hero for once. Darkwing Duck reluctantly agrees to let Launchpad be the hero for the next mission and they receive the note from J. Gander. They set off for Oilrabia and meet the princess. Launchpad tells her that he will lead an expedition out to find out what is going on. They head out and Steelbeak sees them. He uses a machine and creates a sandstorm and blows Darkwing and Launchpad out into the middle of the desert...
  • Launchpad is tired of Darkwings commanding. So they switch places for a day, making Launchpad the hero and Darkwing the sidekick. This time the heroes must investigate the murders of several S.H.U.S.H. agents in Oil Rabia.

    This is the first episode to feature Steelbeak, unfortunately it does not do a very good job to introduce him. What bothers me the most though, is the occasional weird animation here and there. Still, it's a good episode with the great Darkwing humour we all know and love. Steelbeak delivers some really funny lines and proves that he is a worthy adversary.
