Drake is cleaning house when he notices Gosalyn playing a video game called Whiffle Boy. Drake tells her that she needs to go to her room and do her homework. She reluctantly goes and breezes through her homework and comes back to find Drake playing the game. It seems that they have both been chosen for the Whiffle Boy video game playoffs. Meanwhile, Quackerjack blows up a Whiffle Boy warehouse and declares that he will get his revenge on the Whiffle Boy franchise that put his toy line out of business. When Gosalyn and Drake go to the local playoff and...moreless

Quackerjack! A most interesting villain that appears with two personalities that may differ from episode to episode. In episodes like...say: "Just Us Justice Ducks Parts 1 & 2", "Time and Punishment", "Stressed to Kill" and this episode, Quackerjack appears as a 100% wacko that's completely insane. But on the other hand in episodes like: "Days of Blunder" and "Quack of Ages" we see a more calculating madman that proves that he is to be considered a huge threat. Back to this episode. A episode i was most thrilled to see because i had been looking forward to it for so long. The first thing i noticed was the animation. Why the hell do they use the same weird animation on origin episodes?(Dry Hard and Water Way to Go which introduced Liquidator and Steelbeak) Anyway it was improved a lot since "Water Way to Go" with some brilliant animation and the regular flaws now and then which i've come to expect from this particular Darkwing animation style. The animation starts off great but loses itself near the end. Still a great episode featuring a great villain.moreless

  • TRIVIA (4)

    ADD TRIVIA
    • When Quackerjack releases his giant mechanical teeth they are of equal size, but the ones that chase Pat and Pat and Darkwing somehow become very large while the one that Gosalyn scares off with a dental drill somehow become very small.

    • Sometimes the head band on Gosalyn's 5-D glasses goes around her head all the way and sometimes it doesn't.

    • When Darkwing, Gosalyn and the others drive through Whiffle Town in a tour bus, they are being driven by a bus driver and Gosalyn and the female Pat are on on one side behind the driver sitting in a single seat and Darkwing is on the other side. After they come across the giant sized Crying Crissy Doll, the male Pat is the driver and everyone is in the front bench seat.

    • When seeing Quackerjack getting eaten by the crocodile, Gosalyn shields Darkwing's eyes and she says, "Don't look, dad." She said it right in front of the Pat and Pat (male and female). This is one example of how through out the series, Gosalyn often called Darkwing "Dad" in front of other people, which could put Darkwing's secret identity at risk.
