I'm surprised nobody has ever posted on this board yet. I guess all anybody cares about is pop culture crap. These internet predator investigations are more entertaining than any of those crap sitcoms out there these days, that's for sure.
Friday 10:00 PM on NBC

All right!!! They are repeating TO CATCH A PREDATOR tonight. I love this.
The embarrassment is impossible to avoid for these creeps!!!

Yeah it was very informative and entertaining to read about that sexual predator shooting himself.....give me a break. They are doing it for the ratings and money. Dateline NBC while they have done great segments over the years has also made itself look like pop culture crap as well part of that in your face tabloid news reporting that a lot of people have accepted.
These shows are a joke.
The network and the self deluded do gooders should be ashamed of themselves.
This show entirely exists purely to exploit and they are kidding themselves if they think they are doing a public service of any kind with this near beer version of porn.
Walter Cronkite, Edward R. Murrow, Ted Koppel………… Chris Hansen.
Amybody see the disconnect?
I think this show is fascinating and always have. It's kind of like a traffic accident that you know is horrible but you just can't move your eyes away. If anything, the show should be a warning to predators that they do not act with the anonymity they think they have, and in that sense, it is a public service to the community as well.
One drawback I am noticing is that the format may be getting tired though. We are seeing virtually the same show over and over again with some variations, so it may be time to retire this series and bring it back again in a year or so?
