    I'm a big Dave Allen fan. I copied him so much I can do his stories as mannerisms just like he did on the show. Tell me your favorite episodes, jokes, co-stars.....

    Dave Allen was one of my favorites and I still use a lot of the lines I learned from him...."the big puff" as an example (Dave called Roy Rogers a big puff because when trouble would be around, he'd jump up on his horse and sing a song). I use the term to describe anyone who is acting "puffy".

    Can anyone please identify the date of the show in which there is a sketch of Dave Allen as a French officer

    disgracing a soldier by stripping him of his medals and stripes, and finally breaking his sword.
