John then reminds Davey how last summer, he got lost in a cave and how the Cave Guide cared for Davey when he got lost. Davey wondered off in the cave to explore, and got lost. • Would it be better if Davey got Trapped in a cloest?

I love Davey and goliath. I grew up watching the series. There are some episode that are good and some that aren't. Trapped in a cave is one episode. Dave and his family exploring a cave, but Davey act as if hesn't have a brain in his head, went off and end off lost. he spent the entire 15 minutes wonder around in the cave. There are also some stuff from the bible I won't get into. But the message is clear to me. Davey should stay out of caves and I wish that he'd get a brain. That's why he's got Goliath.moreless

    • Memo: This was the very first episode of Davey and Goliath. In this particular short, the stop-motion animation is very, very rough. Davey looks like a really little boy and Goliath has this white powdery look on his brown face. Sally is very tall and the parents look like figurines that were used in the 1950's early episodes of "Gumby". I wouldn't doubt that they were used. Going on, by the 2nd episode, the stop-motion figurines started to look more cleaned up. The art is very good, but it is the most different out of the whole series. This short was made in 1959, but has a 1960 copyright date.
