Natalie Pinkham joins us once again this week for the show. We are given the playoff format along with what the playoffs would look like at this time; however, with 7 weeks remaining every team still has a chance. David then briefly gives us his view on the Galaxy's chances on making the playoffs this season.
Then we once again are shown another part of the Galaxy Diary. This week Kyle Martino is the man we are following. We see how Kyle drives to the games an puts up with Los Angeles traffic, Kelly Gray reading some fan mail, and Cobi Jones' putting up with a talkative Kyle Martino.
The Game of the Week is then shown. This week we get to see Chivas USA and D.C. United from the Home Depot Center in Los Angeles. Early in the 3rd minute Luciano Emilio scores and puts D.C. up 1-0 early. Then in the 26th minute Luciano Emilio scores again, this time putting D.C. up 2-0 with quite a few time left in the half. Then in the 31st minute Tony Perkins kicks the ball right into Ante Razov which deflects the ball into the back of the net.
The Women's World Cup began this week and we take a look at David's view of the competition. A couple of the girls ask David some questions about the World Cup since he has been in a couple already. David fills us in on his World Cup history from the good to the bad.
We are then brought back to the Game of the Week. In the 60th minute a deflection once more gave Chivas USA a goal which tied the game at 2. The game stayed tied and the final score of the game was 2-2.
This week Marcus Hahnemann is the superstar shown in the Made in America segment. He now plays goalie for Reading in the EPL, and still holds the team record for the Colorado Rapids with most shutouts in a season, which is 16.
Lastly we are given a special segment on Jimmy Conrad. He began playing soccer with his grandfather in his backyard as a child. We are also shown some highlights of his as a Kansas City Wizard.
