Goof: When Mike Rowe is refering that the Time Bandit is head back to Dutch Harbor to offload, the RADAR map has to arrow that is representing the Time Bandit pointing in the wrong direction. It was point upward, it should of been pointed downward. In the UK version (aired 20 May 2008) the narrator (Bill Petrie) said the Time Bandit was heading to St. Paul Island to offload - making the radar graphic correct.

In the US, this episode was apart of Discovery frist annual "Alaska Week" week special.

In the original US airing of this episode, the image of the boat that was suspected of pulling the Wizard's gear was clearly visible, the only thing that wasn't visible was the name of the crab boat. But in re-runs of the episode, suspect boat is fuzzed over, making it nearly impossible to tell what who boat it was. Also this fuzzed over effect was also on the international eddtions as well. Many fans of the series think this happen because at the various different message boards the boat was ID as the Paragon and that the owner of the boat didn't like the fact that his boat was portrayed like this.
