This episode was special because not only was the contestant proud of his country, but former contestants were brought in via sateilite from New Yorks time square for advice...They included some guy named Gary from season 1 and Matty Solena and Michele Falco from season 2's premiere week, in which Matty walked away with $675,000 and Michele walked away with $750,000...the highest amount given away to date! I thought it was special cause former winners used their experience to help Donato make the biggest decision of his life.moreless

I thought this episode had more excitement going on than normally shown. Animation, Live feed from Times Square, the patriotic theme and a difficut game for this contestant..I thought it was a great episode.moreless

The contestant, Donato DeMarinis was a good looking guy with a great jacket showing American spirit. The backdrop was at first a Canadian flag and then the U.S. flag dropped and looked great. He spoke to his family LIVE in Times Square for advice quite a few times and was even asked by 'Little Bobby' the big question. But when Donato offered Howie the mint unwrapped, I thought Howie would go running. And after Ursula opened a small amount within her case, Donato gave this model his Americana shoes. He had a hard game but climbed the mountain to a patriotic win!moreless

Go Red for $76K...

Go Red for Women was the theme as the models wore red dresses for this show. The dresses were to be auctioned off after the show for charity.

Donato DeMarinis had a large group of supporters watching the show from Times Square in New York City. Donato did not have a great game. With eight cases left, only the 300K case remained in play. Donato takes the $76K deal with four cases left. Had he continued, he could have gotten a $163K bank offer two cases later. Donato made a good deal anyway, as his case had $1000 in it.moreless
