Harriet Cohen had two high cases in play with eight cases left. Harriet took the $129K deal with four cases left, even though the 100K and 400K cases were still in play. Turns out Harriet could have gotten a $215K bank offer two cases later. She had $25K in her case.



Jennifer Masche had two high cases in play with eight cases left. Jennifer took the $121K deal with three cases left, even though the 200K and 300K cases remained in play. The other case had $1000 in it. Turns out Jennifer made a bad deal as her case had the $300K in it.
