Cathy Burns wanted a family vacation, so her relatives were flown out to watch her game. But every time Cathy turned down the bank offer, one family member had to leave. Only one was left at the end. Cathy turned down the $127K bank offer with six cases left, but opened the 100K case next, leaving just the million case remaining. Cathy turned down the $135K bank offer with five cases left, but opened the million case next. Cathy took the $27K deal with two cases left, but her case had $50K in it.
