There are rumors going around that Lindsay Schoneweis (#4), Lauren Shihohama (#,Brooke Long (#15), and Mylinda Tov (#19) will not be staying for Season 3. Also Meghan Markle (#24) has quit the show in Februray and confirmed that she will not be returning, Kelly Brannigan currently took the position before Keltie Martin

Since confirmed are Kasie Head, Laura Shields, Lindsay Schoneweis, and Meghan Markle. We still don't know if Stacey Gardener is returning because the video is not very clear. Sara Bronson who is #7 will be moving # 16 and there will be one model in place of her. Also, Laura Shields replacement is Lianna Grethel and Lindsay Schoneweis replacement is Keltie Martin

Former DOND model April Scott (#14 in 38 Season 2 episodes) has a book out "Behind The Briefcase". One reason why models leave: Apparently, the models have to sign some sort of exclusive contract with NBC. April refused and was fired (she later played Daisy Duke in The Dukes of Hazzard TV movie). BTW, April was paid $1500 an episode on DOND.

When I would watch Deal Or No Deal I always seemed to notice that there was model changes on every show and I had never figured out that always the new models where always the first to go and it always seemed that the popular Deal Or No Deal models such as Lindsey Clubine Claudia Jordan Alike Boggan Ursula Mayes Megan Abrigo Patricia Kara and the ever popular Tameka Jacobs were always the Deal Or No Deal favorites to stay and I never have figured that out. Take for instance I can remember when Mylinda Tov started out on the first Deal Or No Deal episodes as briefcase model #1 but then moved to #19 when the show launched in March 2006. Another thing that Deal Or No Deal always did that I have never figured out is during each episode a new model was replaced with an understudy or another model. Take for example from the Deal Or No Deal Christmas special of 2006 to the January 2007 episodes Aubrie Lemon was always seen with #5 and a understudy named Heather and they should've let Ursula keep her case and moved Heather to another case and also why was Keltie promoted as a new model when she was an understudy too because I felt she would've been a big star,
