Diane Jorgenson said that when she watches episodes of Deal or No Deal, one of her biggest pet peeves is when a contestant opens a large amount and says "Oh, that's okay! That's okay!" For this reason, Diane didn't say this when she opened cases with large amounts, and she didn't allow Howie to say it, either. They could, however, say "That's okay" if a small amount was opened.
