Episode Summary
EDIT
After a sailor is strangled to death in his apartment, the woman living across the hall is picked up trying to pawn his watch. The police believe she's covering for boyfriend and that he's responsible for the murder. Casey moves into the boarding house to get chummy with the woman and learn some details about their mystery man.
