Trivia: While Bronco and Lucy are watching Caitlin's audition for the Degrassi High talent show, Lucy gives him a jab during Caitlin's "Roaring 20s" dance number. This shows the continuation of their relationship that began when Bronco first asked her out in Body Politics.

Trivia: In this episode, Joey has a new nickname for Caitlin, "Ice Maiden", as he is still bitter about their breakup. Joey referred to Caitlin as "Ice Princess" in All Nighter, 3 episodes before this one.

Music Trivia: The song that plays in Joey's car as he and Wheels are going home from school is Fly By Night by Rush, 1975.

This episode gives the explanation of why Liz got so furious with Joey for asking to do it with her in the Degrassi Junior High episode Great Expectations.

Continuity Goof: When Dale gives Lucy the flower at her locker, it's mostly closed, with only a few petals out. But when Lucy shows the flower to the twins a minute later in the hall, the flower is in full bloom.

Trivia: At the time this show was made, it took 2 weeks for AIDS test results.

Trivia: Lucy continues making tapes for LD, a practice she began in Sixteen (2), and continued in Bad Blood (1). For this tape, Lucy takes a poll, asking if people think the condom machines in the bathrooms are a good idea. The results: Spike - yes; Clutch - no; Kathleen - no; Mr. Raditch - yes; Melanie - no.

Trivia: Joey, Snake, and Wheels try to devise a plan to get back at Dwayne; their initial idea was to glue his locker shut.

Goof: Since Simon and BLT are best friends and spend all their time together, and Alexa spends all her time with Simon, it's difficult to believe that she knew nothing about BLT's new girlfriend until four weeks after he started dating her.

Goof: Joey complains that he's broke and still owes half the people in the school money because he offered double-or-nothing on the bet. The car costs $2,999; car dealers don't finance cars to kids under the age of 18, and Joey commented earlier that his parents couldn't help him pay for it. He gets $314 from Dwayne for keeping his mouth shut about Dwayne's HIV, and he had $75 saved from his summer job. Where did the rest of the money for the car come from?

Product Placement: Again, Tabi is holding a box of Quaker Dipps with the box facing the camera as she walks down the hall after hearing the AIDS speakers in class.

Trivia: LD's leukemia, which she found out about in Just Friends, is now in complete remission. She's not in school, however, as she's sailing around the world with her father, and completing school via correspondence courses.

Product Placement: There is a scene where Tabi runs down the hall holding a box of Quaker Dipps, with the front of the box prominently displayed.

Goof: Not only are there no teachers in the cafeteria during Joey's nude walk-through, there also don't seem to be any cafeteria staff members either.

Goof: Rainbow's hairstyle, a super-glued mowhawk, was out of date even at the time of the original airing of these episodes. This hairstyle was in "in" in the early-1980s, but was out of style by the 1990s.
