I'm 25 and I watch it. Do you live in Canada? We never had to watch it when I went to school.

I'm 22, and it isn't shown in my country, so I bought it from the US. I love all Degrassi, and TNG is fantastic

I'm 29 and I love DTNG. I just recently started watching DJH & DH on youtube cause I thought it would be cool to see where it all began. I love it so far. It's very 80s but that's why I love it!! I live in the US and we didn't have a real show like this for teens that dealt with such controversial issues when I was growing up in the 80s and 90s. We had Saved by the bell, which I loved too, but it was a little fluffy on real life and the actors were a little too hollywood teen idol. Anyway, rock on Degrassi lovers!!

I haven't watched much of the next generation just some random episodes. But I love the orignal a whole lot. But I didn't have to watch it in middle school although I do live in canada and maybe it wasn't shown in canadian schools.

I'm 10 years younger than you, but we watched episodes from Degrassi Jr. High, Degrassi High, Degrassi: The Next Generation, and the School's Out movie in health class in middle school if the stuff related to what we were learning about. addctd2LOST, there was this show in the U.S. that ran from 1991-1995 that dealt with serious teen issues- Blossom. It covered sex, drugs, drinking (Blossom's brother was a recovering alcoholic and drug addict), divorce, and overall teen angsty stuff.

I am 27, about to be 38, I never watched the show for school, however I did watch the show for "fun" when it was on tv. Actually my mom and I watched it together. I also watch the next generation, though I am growing a little bored with it. Now that the show has pretty much "reset" I find myself growing bored.
