Degrassi Junior High

"The Whole Truth" is one of my favourite episodes from season 3 of Degrassi Junior High. I love this episode because it has this theme of "there's always two sides of every story. I love how this episode is about animal testing. I love how Caitlin gets so caught up on animal rights, she didn't even do her research on animal testing. I do like that Liz is for animal rights but she seems really scary sometimes when she's so passionate about the topic. Anyways, I love how Caitlin finds out that her epilepsy pills are tested on animals, and this changes her whole view on animal testing. Joey's plot was so cute with trying to get CRAZ Radio to listen to his demo. It was so cute how Dr.Sally listened to the CD. I give this episode a 10/10.

Here we have Liz working with Caitlin. Interesting conversation with Spike about it; how she is actually doing something and she said she hates this school. But her passion gets the better of her. Especially when Caitlin does more research and finds out that her own epilepsy drugs were tested on animals. Some testing is necessary, unless we humans want to be tested on. Do they use guinea pigs for that; I guess that's why they call using someone for an experiment as "guinea pigs". Liz has such a depressing spirit in saying she'd rather be sick than harm an animal for testing for medication. I take meds too that were probably tested on animals, as do my family, and it can be necessary. None of our pets were used either. But it's good to make people aware of it. Make-up isn't always necessary, and nowadays they've found ways to make shampoos and stuff without testing any live beings. Kathleen still shows herself as a control freak, though we never see why a dress code is necessary, or what kind of dress code. Like should they wear uniforms and stuff? On that note it's too bad Stephanie is gone; that'd be fun to see them clash over her sexy clothes. I find one part of Alexa's character showing too; in trying to make BLT dress more stylish, when all he wants to do is be comfortable. Maybe that's why he wouldn't pursue a further relationship with her. Unless Simon tipped him off too. Joey's part is amusing, and good to see. Having a job can mean extra money, but also responsibility. And then him lying about it to Snake and BLT, but I think they could tell he was lying because nothing in his story really matches. Which is typical Joey behavior.
