  • Snake invites Wheels and Joey to sleepover.

    9.0
"Trust Me" is a great Degrassi Junior High episode. In this episode, Joey and Wheels sleep over at Snake's house. I love how they Wheel's has an eye appointment the next day and they oversleep so he needs to get to the appointment as fast as possible. I love how the car gets hit while it's parked and they think the car is damaged, so they have to get it fixed. I love how it was damaged to begin with. I like the Heather and Erica plot of volunteering to bring Spike her assignments. I give this episode a 9/10.moreless

  • When you hear the words "trust me", be afraid...be very afraid!

Joey uses the Simpson's car to drive Wheels to his eye doctor. Trouble is, Joey is only 14 and doesn't have a license to drive!! Oops! But, Joey says "trust me!!" Unfortunately, the car gets backed into, and they have to use their amp money for the repairs. They get home about 5 minutes before Snake's parents return from a wedding. Ah, no problem...right? Wrong! Turns out the broken headlight on the car was done by Mr. Simpson...the guys are busted! A good episode on peer pressure. Don't forget: when you hear the words "trust me", be afraid...be VERY afraid!moreless
  • Snake's parents go away for a weekend, and Joey and Wheels insist on staying over. Joey insists on driving the car, thinking no one will know and Snake is quite anxious about it. Spike has to leave and the twins agree to take her her homework.moreless

Joey's classic line; "trust me". I think he's said it before, but this time, the most often. Later near the end of the series, Joey responds to Wheels saying it and he says "every time we say that there comes a disaster". And this is the first time. It's so typical; I just want to sit in the car, just start it, just drive around the block, just drive Wheels to his appointment and just go get breakfast. One thing always leads to another. I'm so disappointed that they didn't include this episode in a flashback on the similar episode in DTNG. But yeah; so typical that they'd get caught. Oh yeah; the last review had a good theory that yes; a car did back into this car, and if the tail light had already been broken, why didn't at least Snake notice before? Good to follow up on Spike's situation. If only every pregnant girl had such good friends like Heather and Erica.moreless
  • Joey gets to drive Wheels to his appointment...in Snake's parent's car! But it becomes an adventure when they think the car gets damaged have to fix it before 4:00.

    9.2
This was a fun episode to watch. Joey was a little too excited to drive Snake's parent's car, and jumped at the chance when Wheels needed to get to his appointment on time. I laughed the entire time while they were driving wheels to his appointment. Joey was acting crazy, while Snake was yelling at him to drive better than he was.

I finally watched this episode in good quality (on a tv, not the computer), and I noticed that the van actually did hit the back of the car Joey and Snake were driving, so their fears were definitely valid. I would've thought that if Snake's dad had damaged the car, Snake should've at least overheard his parents discussing it at some point. Anyways, this was a fun episode to watch, and of course why wouldn't it be: we got to see joey in his underwear and shades. ;)moreless
