This is my first time watching Degrassi, the show middle school and high school girls love, and I can assure you it will be the last time I watch it. The show is not like every other teen soap or teen drama on television; it is significantly worse. The acting is significantly worse, the story arcs are cliched and have been done to death.

There is just no reason to watch this. Watch The Secret Life of the American Teenager if you want a show like this as that ABC Family program is just better in every way than "The Boiling Point."
  • KC finds himself in trouble when he can't find a way to make sure he stays in the group home. Clare's parents are having problems and Eli tells her to write her feelings about it in her next assignment. Drew doesn't want a serious relationship with Alli.

Another really good episode of Degrassi! I love KC's storyline! I can't believe he got drunk with Bianca. I can't believe what KC did to Coach's car. It's kind of sad how KC's mother changes her life and KC doesn't want her to be part of his life. I love how his mother stood up for him when they called KC down to Principal Simpson's office. I love the ending where KC goes to live with his mom. I love the Clare plot in this episode! I love how emotional she got while reading her assignment to the class. I like the character Eli. It's like his character can bring Clare out of her shell. I love how Clare's parents are having issues and the effects it has on Clare storyline because it shows that not all families are perfect. I'm really confused about the character Drew. He acts like a jerk to Alli and says he has no time to be in a relationship, but then he has all the time in the world to make out with her. Anyways I give this episode a 8.8/10.
  • KC gets involved with the wrong kind of people.

Not the best of Degrassi, I must say. It definitely wasn't as good as the last string of episodes, but it was a fine conclusion to the week, as all plots are resolved in the end. In this episode, KC wakes up with a hangover with Fitz and Bianca, in her car. Jenna finds him there, and begins to feel disappointed in him as they continue to have relationship problems. Then KC states that he is willing to fight his mom in court. He starts to act up in practice, then he keys Coach's car. They hold a meeting with him and his mother. His mother bails him out of trouble and she's forgiven? It was just a huge transition to wanting to fight your mom in court, to wanting to stay with her just because she bailed him out of trouble in school It just didn't seem to realistic. I'm not loving the whole Clare/Eli relationship. Eli is the most annoying awkward character of the new kids. Clare facing her parent marital problems head on was okay, wasn't very entertaining, but it was a good plot for Clare. Alli wants to make it official with Drew, but he makes up an excuse about football practice. Then he just wants to make it out... and Alli agrees? Bad choices, Alli, bad choices. Okay episode. All plots were either fair or mediocre.

KC's behavior is changing, and he is more mean and violent. He wants nothing more than to live in the group home. But will his attitude change by the end of the episode? Clare wants to know the truth about her parents, and Alli wants to know if her and Drew are an official item now.

good episode, i was really happy that KC and his mother patched things up and he decided to live with her, and the entire episode was a remarkable one, and thus the only fair grade methinks is an A+, simply a perfect offering methinks
