Another Awesome Episode! Part 2 is way better than part 1. Peter turns to crystal meth because he doesn't fit in with Mia and her modeling job. Jamie Johnston did an outstanding job on someone who has an addiction to meth. I love the scene where Peter is the middle of the street freaking out, and Riley and everyone else comes and picks him up. I like how he was responsible and called his mom. I really enjoyed the Holly J B-plot in this episode. I like how Blue's character is emerging and it seems he has a controlling people problem. I liked the drama of Holly J getting all stressed and then she was like "No More", and freaked out at everyone. Good for her, for standing up to Blue. I give this episode a 9/10.
Peter starts getting addicted to meth, and gets more stressed when Mia tells him he can't go to Paris with her. Jenna says she was a boyfriend stealer at her old school, claims KC is cute, and worries Clare.
Peter gets more stressed out and starts smoking more meth even after he promises Mia that the drug was a one-time thing. Because of that, Mia tells him he cannot go to Paris with her, only to make him more upset. So he contineus to smoke the meth to get high, and be drowsy the next day.
This carries over to the Winter Beach Bash, which finally takes place after everybody pressures Holly J into adding things to the party that she doesn't want to, but Blu promises them for her, which gets annoying to Holly [J].
The three Studz - Sav, Peter, and the one-handed drummer, Spinner, find themselves on stage without Peter there as lead vocals. So Sav steps out to play the guitar and sing. Peter finally shows up and throws a fit. When he restarts the song and nobody but him starts playing, he quits, runs out, and then gets lost, due to his lost vision with the meth. He finds himself lost in the middle of a freeway, then calls Riley and the others as they search to find him. He tries to run to them, and does, but has to dodge an eighteen-wheeler on the way.
The second part was more exciting than the first part of the two-part season premiere. It would of even been more exciting if he would of gotten hit by the eighteen wheeler, injuring himself - and then The Studz would feature 2 of their 4 guys being crippled! I'm glad he finally stopped taking the meth, with some help from his mom, who called to come back home and help him out. I guess she is going to start to star in some of the episodes now? Well, she kinda seemed understanding of Peter like a good mom, so I won't be bothered if she does. I'm also glad they added the extra part of the end where Peter and Mia were talking by video chat. Too bad he didn't do that with Darcy. And maybe it'd give us hope if they video chatted in the episodes after they left.
In the subplot, Jenna has befriended Clare and Alli now has to accept that, but finally Jenna asks who is 'hands off' at Degrassi, explaining that she was a boyfriend-stealer at her old school. She has no interest in Alli's senior boyfriend, Johnny, but she thinks KC, Clare's boyfriend is cute. Uh oh.
Holly J gets stressed out with the whole bash because of Blu, who explains he was just trying to show Holly [J] the girl she could be, but the reactionary Holly J did not want to change, and she didn't forgive Blu. At least not at the spot.
As far as the whole Clare/Jenna/KC problem goes, well, if I was KC, I'd choose Jenna. Not only because she's kinda hot, but she's also got musical talent, nice smile, good since of humor, and seems down-to-earth for a boyfriend stealer. I don't like Clare - kinda ugly, thinks school is everything. As far as Holly J and Blu goes, all I say is: good luck to Blu if he wants to change Holly J.
