This is one of the only episodes I can think of where I was mad at one character in each plot, for one reason or another.

In the Bianca/Drew plot, the scene with Bianca talking to Jenna and her being all defensive about Bianca accidentally calling her fat. She IS fat. Yea, she's pregnant, but still, that doesn't excuse the fact that she is fat. And which is worse? Being fat or being pregnant at 15? When Jenna called Bianca a "skank" I almost laughed, because Jenna herself is pretty much one too for getting pregnant at age 15. The rest of this plot, with Drew getting high, was pretty funny to me, just because of the way he was laughing at everything.

In the Riley plot, his mom made me mad a little. I know parents never want to hear their children come out, but she's got to accept it sooner or later. It's hard to do, I'm assuming, but still. I hope Riley tells her in an episode and she accepts him for who he is. Otherwise I see a lot of drama in upcoming Riley oriented episodes.

In the Alli plot, Malika giving her the cigarette and letting her take the blame for it. That's too be expected though, that that would make me mad. I don't know if that made me mad, or if it was Alli's mom not believing her. I mean it did look suspicious obviously but Alli was so upset, and it wasn't "Crap my mom saw me smoking" upset, it was "Why doesn't anybody believe me" upset. But this sets the stage for upcoming Alli episodes, so.

Overall, it was a decent episode. B+ or so seems like a fair enough grademoreless
  • Drew attempts to get his friends to like Bianca. Riley comes out to his mom. Alli gets caught with a cigarette in her hand.

"Part 2" was a million times better than part 1. I really like Bianca and Drew as a couple. They belong together. I still don't like everyone's snobby attitude towards them. I think this is the first time that Degrassi has ever dealt with shrooms as a plot. It was funny to see Drew high. I am so glad that he apologized to Bianca at the end of the episode. She never forced him to take drugs, and she was quite alright with him not taking shrooms. I love how she doesn't judge Drew and she want to continue hanging out with him. Riley's plot was the best as usual in this episode. It's really sad that Riley's mom is having a hard time accepting his sexuality. I'm hoping this storyline will continue in future episodes and I hope she'll finally accept him for who he is. Alli's plot is so intense. Malika backstabbed Alli and now her parents completely don't trust her. I'm glad that Sav believes Alli. I'm interested to see what will happen next with her character. I give this episode a 9/10.moreless

I don't know about anyone else but I'm really liking the Drew/Bianca relationship. It's like it's them against the world and I think Drew brings the best out of Bianca. In this episode, Bianca brings out the worst in Drew, but it still was Drew's decision to take the shrooms.

I don't know, I didn't have huge expectations for this episode, but it was still good. I thought the spats between Jenna & Bianca were pretty funny even if I found myself siding with Bianca most of the time.

Alli being blamed for something she didn't do? Now this is something I'd tune in for. Alli isn't my favorite character, but I'm liking where things are headed.

I felt like things were left unresolved with Riley and his mom, hopefully there will be a follow up episode of some sort, I really wouldn't like it if things were just left like that. Good episode overall, enjoyable installment.moreless
  • Drew Drugs, Riley Reveals, Alli Hopes

Drew: Really good. It was funny how KC moved his hand across Drew's eyes! Bianca is a terrible influence, but its nice to see she miught like Drew beyond his looks, vice versa for Drew too. The shrooms plot should of went further, but it didn't. I didn't like how Drew's mother just popped out of literally nowhere for the sole purpose of busting Drew. Like she hasn't even been seen in recent episodes.

Riley: I liked Riley's antics to get his mom to see that he's gay Some great emotional acting by both Riley and his mom. Can't wait to finally see Riley's dad and Riley's overall character coming full circle before he exits the show. Anyone think they are going to carry this out into S11? I do.

Alli: That Malika girl, who obviously had sex with her boyfriend all night is a real B word. I feel bad Alli got in trouble for something she didn't do. I honestly did want to cry for Alli. All this bad stuff does keep happening to her.

Overall, great episode with great performances by the respective actors.moreless
