Degrassi: The Next Generation

"This Charming Man" is good Degrassi episode. I love Chris as a character, but I don't like Emma and Chris as a couple. But what I love about this episode is Emma tries to prove that Sean, Jay, and the gang are stealing. So even though I don't like Emma and Chris as a couple, at this point I don't like Sean's character anymore at all, so I'm glad that they try to bring him down in this episode. I enjoy the subplot in this episode. I love how Paige had a crush on the driving instructor and that distracted her from driving. I give this episode a 7.5/10.

I love this episode but Sean why are you making out with Amy. At least it don't last long. Oh and Spinner? People can have crushes in relationships. Just so ya know. So Emma wants to make sure Sean gets what he deserves after he broke up with her and that was awesome. Go Emma! Jimmy was hilarious in this episode (in my point of view) and Spinner was uncool but an awesomely uncool. I am left to wonder why Paige would have a crush on the teacher. He was ugly as anything... This episode marks the beginning of Emma's personality change. She goes from being an activist to being a revenge-warped young lady. It's interesting thatshe's so upset that Sean broke her heart, when in season one, she broke up with him initially.



The actor portraying Chris and Miriam have no on-screen chemistry whatsoever. I think they should have picked another character in order to make the budding romance more realistic.



The episode was ok...a little too dramatic at times, but decent enough
