Some good plots here but it seemed really out of character of Declan to just not care about Holly J and ask her not to come for the Yale trip. Last year he was crazy about her, even in the beginning of this year, he was crazy about her, and now theres a possibility that he's cheating on her. And the video chats just seem so impersonal, and you could tell that he does not care. Holly J breaks up with him over voice message. Whats up with that!? That's definitely a first for Degrassi, breaking up over voicemail. Meanwhile Holly J looks for a job but can't seem to get one meanwhile she is stressed over the move. Dave, Connor and Wesley creating a band was a bit too much. Considering they've gone down the "band" route twice already, if not more. With the Studz and Downtown Sasquatch. They just got finished up with Studz. Now Degrassi is anxious to start up a new band, this time with unimportant characters. So I didn't like that plot. Eli vs. Fitz was a pretty good plot, you can tell Eli is pretty big on revenge, considering his revenge was as drastic as ever. Of course things are left up in the air when Declan comes to visit Holly J in Canada, only to leave it to be continued. Good plot devices, well some, but out of character decisions from a few characters.moreless

This episode was so good! Holly J./Declan relationship storyline isn't anything new but I always find it exciting! It's interesting how Holly J. found pictures of Declan and Tinsley on Fiona's laptop. My favourite scene is when Holly J. breaks up or it seemed like a break up with Declan on the answering machine. The ending was awesome with Declan's surprise visit. I also like how Holly J. is still dealing with money issues and needing to get a job, and she has to move. Eli and Adam plot was the best in this episode. This bullying storyline is actually a good one. I felt so bad for Adam when Fitz pushed him into a locker. I felt even worse for Eli when he got kicked in the nards. I love how Degrassi is dealing with fake ids. I don't think Degrassi's ever dealt with fake ids. Anyways, I love how Eli is going to make fake ids for Fitz to make him stop harrassing him and Adam. I love how Eli is up to something more than just giving Fitz fake ids. The Connor, Wesley, and Dave plot is kind of lame. Forming a band to get girls? I don't think it will last long since Dave can't sing, which made their plot a lot more humourous. I give this episode a 9/10.moreless
