  • The pressure of exams get to Sean.

"Under Pressure" is a good episode. I hate how Sean treats Emma in this episode. It's really intense how he pushes her. I'm glad that Emma broke up with him because she didn't deserved to be pushed. And even though, I don't like the reason for Sean and Jimmy fighting, I just love their fight, because every tv show needs to have a good fight. I love the Spinner subplot. I love how he tries to get sick so he doesn't have to take an exam. But it was gross when he licked Terri's cup. But overall, I give this episode a 8/10.moreless
  • Alright. I was dissapointed in this episode.

    8.2
I watch degrassi for the amazing and dramatic plots. This was not one of my favorite episodes. It was alright but somewhat boring. I found that they tried to make a problem between Sean and Jimmy when it didn't flow. Usually they bring the problems on slowly yet in this episode the problem just kind of... happened. I have also realized that as the characters get older the plots and acting gets so much better. The jokes get better and so do the lines. i enjoy degrassi just this wasn't one of my favorite episodes. Hope this review helps! Psugigimoreless

Faced with the pressure of passing Grade 7 on his second time around and his mother's newest threat to take him back to his unhappy life up north, Sean is beginning to slip into old, angry patterns. Although Emma's helped him study for Mr. Simpson's exam, he runs out of time to finish and is positive he's failed. As an outlet, he picks a fight with Jimmy. When Emma tries to stop him, he pushes her to the ground, shocking everyone. Although he's passed the exam, he's lost her. Meanwhile, Spinner tries to get himself out of school by stealing Terri's flu. It actually ends that both of them get good marks.moreless

I think we finaly get to know the Sean that he is. But he doesn't want to be that person anymore. You can see it in his eyes as he pushed Emma on the ground. He is just really sweet and I think that he's just the way he is like violant and mean because thats all he knows.
  • It may not seem like it, but nothing happens

    5.6
We see that Sean can get nasty and Spinner is not the smartest kid at Degrassi. It is completely stupid that he would go to such great lengths just to miss his exams considering he will have to take them anyway. He can't get out of it. Sean pushes Emma, but she shouldn't have gotten in the middle of the fight; why would a girl get in between two guys when they are fighting? That's just insane! She was right to break up with him though, and I understand that he was just worried about everything. It's so disgusting when Spinner licks Terri's cup, that's just wrong and I think that it's awesome that he gets sick after the exam and he can't go on his traditional vacation!moreless
