This two parter was amazing.Anya's acting has gotten noticeably better in acting. The Johnny subplot was needed.I felt bad for bruce becuase he seemed so hurt that johnny didnt wanna hang with him anymore.Im glad they made up,also...bruce hitting johnny's butt was funny as heck! The Dave and Alli subplot was fun.I so called Dave and Alli before anyone!Im glad they are friends now.Farrah was evil and cruel,i actually thought she was sweet and kind at first.Anya having unprotected sex with sav on purpose was an evil thing to do and could have destroyed both of their futures.I haated how sav broke up with her when she could possibily be pregnant, that was mean, but a bit understandable.Anya's crying at the end was so heart breaking,i really felt for her :( .Amazing two parter

  • Anya wants to keep Sav and there might only be one way for her to keep him. Alli and Dave form a friendship.

"Why Can't This Be Love" Part 2 is so much better than Part 1. I loved all the Anya scenes in this episode. I like how she's so in love with Sav that she'll do anything to keep him. She's so sneaky with having sex with Sav with no protection on purpose. I like how she realize that it was wrong to do that after she had sex with Sav. It's interesting how she could be pregnant. Degrassi's never dealt with the morning after pill, so it may or might not have worked. I can't wait to see what happens with her character in season 10. Sav is a jerk. Anya crying at the end of the episode was so dramatic and it shows the actress is more versatile than what we've seen before. The Alli/Dave plot wasn't really needed unless they form a relationship in season 10. I like how Alli wants to be popular but at the same time she wants to be herself. I like how Dave influences her to be more herself. I actually thought it was funny that Johnny seemed jealous of of Dave. Also, like the the friendship of Bruce and Johnny and how they went to prom together. I give this episode a 8.5/10.moreless
