Just wondering what people think especially as most people seemed to like the last episode that was shown, how would you rate season 8 amongst the rest I am in the UK and haven't started watching season 8 yet.... I was just wondering where you would place it, Ill list the seasons I have watched best to worst (meaning 1-7) as I havent seen any of 8 apart from reading a few spoilers

Wow, season 7 is your least favorite? It was such a great season...

I think that season 8 has potential to rank higher than at least seasons 5 and 6 for me, and maybe even, someday, season 7. I think the season that disappointed me the most when it comes to the stories was season 6. There wasn't a single major arc in that season that I felt dealt me a satisfying ending.

I wouldn't know about that, I can't choose a season I love best, or worst. I have, however, already rated my episodes for season 8 so far. It's easier.

1 - 8.01 - Secrets That I Never Want to Know

2 - 8.07 - Always in Control

3 - 8.04 - School of Hard Knocks

4 - 8.02 - Making the Connection

5 - 8.06 - Witch's Lament

6 - 8.05 - The Art of Making Art

7 - 8.03 - Watch While I Revise the World

Let's see how 8.08 ranks. Sorry for the deviation.

I already like it more than season 5 but I haven't seen enough of it to decide whether I like it more than seasons 6 and 7 or not.

The episodes that have aired so far haven't been that good. So far, i would give this season a B- .

The season premiere was great, and the 7th episode was excellent. Also, the 5th and 6th episode were quite good. Other episodes have been quite slow, and somestory lineshave been a little silly.

season 7 was sadly my least favorite. season 3 is still one of my favorites, with season 1 second and season 8 is third. i actually probably liked season 6 and 2 equally.

really, the only season that i honestly just could not stand was season 7. aside from the last two episodes i almost feel like nothing happened.

Season 8 is proving to be a pretty compelling one. Even though its obvious now that it's just time for DH to go, the writers and cast are delivering a perfectly fine season that is going to remind us fans why we will miss the show.
