This is likely to be a controversial subject, as she's very much a love her or hate her fixture in pop culture, but I remember a few years ago back when Desperate Housewives was at its white-hot hit tv show peak, there was a rumor that Marc Cherry had approached Roseanne Barr for a role. Obviously it didn't work out, but what are your thoughts on it? If you do like Roseanne (like I do), what part would you have liked to have seen her take on? Personally I think she would have made a great foul-mouthed, bitchy neighbor in the same vein as Mitzi Kinsky, only way less disposable and much more memorable. Can you imagine Bree and Roseanne going head to head at a community bake sale?? :p
