Mike Delfino woke up and Edie was the first to visit him. The news spread quickly, but Susan was one of the last to hear about it because she was in the mountains and had no signal she was also preoccupied was Ian in the tub
Danielle is getting ready for her history project. Bree is thinking up an alibi for Andrew. He doesn't care and doesn't mind telling the truth. Orson comes up with drama camp, and Bree is already thinking up the name.
Gabby ended up not getting her spousal support and is now selling a lot of Carlos' things. Who should stop by but Carlos. He freaks and she tells him that he didn't offer enough for support and that she needs the money. Poor Parker is having a rough time with baseball and wants to quit, but Lynette won't let him. She gets him to practice hitting with her in the yard, but he keeps closing his eyes and says that she is throwing it too fast. Meanwhile Susan and Ian are trying to come up with an excuse to stay up in the mountains another day. He tells her that he might love her and then he realized what he said and tries to play it down. Susan smiles at him, tells him to be quiet that he is drowning out the bells, and she kisses him. Edie is feeding Mike, but he just wants to go home and unpack. He has memory loss and thinks that it is 2004 (lucky Orson). Edie is itching to fill in the blanks of his memory (to her liking, of course). The baseball game isn't going very well, so Lynette bribes the pitcher and winds up getting both her son and the pitcher banned for the rest of the season. Bree is on the history project with the family. She meets Danielle's history teacher, Mr. Falati. He says that she is his "favorite" student. He asks where Andrew has been and Bree is quick to say drama camp. Meanwhile Andrew, looking at a project, sees a guy and asks him if he remembers who he is. At first he doesn't, but when Andrew tells him that he gave him a ride in his black Sedan once, he freaks and quickly runs. Orson comes over and questions why Dr. Keck ran away, and Andrew tells Orson that he preformed once. Orson is totally speechless. Later Bree asks Orson what he and Andrew were talking about. After a few hints, Bree finally gets it and goes completely nuts. Some of the housewives are at Gabby's house and Bree asks if she should tell Dr. Keck's wife. Lynette says, tell her. Gabby warns her that the wife will always resent the person who tells her that. While they are talking, Carlos comes in wearing only his under things. Gabby freaks and asks him what he is doing. He tells her that his clothes were taken out of the dryer too soon, and she says that was because he peed in her shampoo. He then told her that he would never do something like that; he would pee in her mouthwash or coffee. Lynette, Gabby, and Bree all look at their coffee and put them down without taking a sip. Susan and Ian are in bed making plans t go to Paris when she finally learns that Mike is out of his coma. Susan quickly jumps up and wants to hurry back to Fairview. Back at the hospital, Edie is showing Mike some pictures when he asks who Susan is. Edie tells him that Susan was awful to him but not to worry because she is up in the mountains with a new man. Orson came to visit and learns of Mike's memory loss. He seems pleased. Carlos can't get into the house and Gabby tells him that she had the locks changed. He throws a chair into the window, and Gabby calls the cops and says there is someone trying to break in. Gabby tells them that she and Carlos are going through a rough divorce and she punches the cops softly. They book her for assault. Bree goes to see Dr. Beck's wife and tells her about her husband. Vera is mad that Bree told her some she lets slip about Danielle sleeping with her history teacher. Carlos got Gabby out of jail and tells her that he still loves her. But she says that she doesn't love him, and he leaves her on the side if the road in the middle of nowhere. Bree is trying to get Danielle to break it off with her teacher, but she says they love each other and storms out of the house. Susan visits Mike in the hospital, but he tells her to leave because he is tired. She is shocked but says that she will come back tomorrow. He tells her not to bother and she leaves really broken. Right after that Edie comes in.

Here are some quotes that made me laugh (Susan is in bed with Ian when Julie calls to tell her Mike woke from his coma.)
    Susan: Oh my God...
    (She looks at Ian)
    Susan: Oh my GOD!!

Bree: I'm not telling who it is. I'm just asking the question. If you know a husband has been unfaithful, do you tell the wife?
Lynette: Absolutely! If he's been cheating, he could bring home a disease.
Bree: Okay, that's what I was thinking. I mean, that's how Bunny Connors got chlamydia.
Gabrielle: She told me she got it from wearing someone else's bathing suit.
Lynette: No, that's how she got crabs.
Gabrielle: With Bunny, it's always something. If it's not the clap, it's a botched face-lift.

Orson: When Andrew was on the street, he...uh...he didn't just beg for money. At times he...well, he did things to earn it.
Bree: Well, good. I mean, I'd hate to think he had no work ethic at all.
Orson: What I mean is, men hired him...uh...to do things...things he wasn't very proud of.
    Bree: Yard work?
    Orson: 'Fraid not.
Bree: Orson, you're scaring me. Did he do something awful?
Orson: No, no. Not awful. People do it all the time. I do it with you. I just don't pay you for it.
Bree: (her jaw drops and she gasps)
Orson: I think someone could use some cocoa.

Gabrielle: (to Carlos) You peed in my shampoo. Admit it! The cap was lose and I know how your sick mind works!
Carlos: (to Gabrielle) Oh really well in that case you should know that I wouldn't do it to your shampoo I'd do it to your mouthwash, soup and de-caffinated coffee!
Gabrielle: (to the girls) To answer your question, no we are not getting back together.
They all pick up the coffee, stare at each other, and put the coffee down.moreless

  • Here we go again.

    "Great"
Not that this busily plotted show was ever short on action, but as season three bounces along there's certainly a bit more pep in it's step. The darkly comic soap about the ladies of Wisteria Lane has always rocketed through its plots at dizzying speed. Storylines that in comparable series might play out over weeks, or months, are typically activated and resolved within a couple of episodes or even one, but now it's even darker and funnier. There is a keener emphasis on the not-always-attractive characteristics of the housewives, something that's used to better comic and sometime shock effect. Newlywed Bree Hodge, nee Van De Kamp is prissier and more nave than ever. Her unswerving commitment to keeping up appearances despite bizarre romances and vengeful children has been beautifully undercut by the ticking bomb of a revelation that she's probably hooked up with a murderer. Again! Her discovery of the orgasm was pure, mischievous genius. The aggressively ambitious and sometimes vindictive streak in devoted wife and mum Lynette Scavo has been further highlighted and is boldly in evidence as she deals with her son's baseball-related difficulties. She's not a woman to be trifled with and payback for Lynette means doing anything in her power to vanquish a foe. She can also be quite creative in her campaigns. Most delicious of all though is the relish of the mercenary, self-serving soon-to-be-divorced Gabrielle. Her pitched battles with Carlos are a hoot, largely as she's more than met her match and this duplicitous pair are actually still made for each other. Daffy Susan, the Queen of Bad Timing continues to bumble along, albeit with a suave new suitor. Meanwhile pouty bombshell Edie Britt plots, schemes and seeks revenge in the best tv tradition. Admirably, all of this is accomplished whilst keeping the ladies fundamentally likeable. You keep cheering rapacious Gabby, feeling sorry for poor uptight Bree and wanting to give silly Susan a shake, it's such fun.moreless

  • Gabby & Carlos are at it again!

Gabby is still at it with Carlos ! First she sells all his belongings at a garage sale, then he tells her as part of the settlement he can come back home! So of course she changes the locks, he smashes the window, then she calls the cops on him, but the cops agree with Carlos, and Gabby flirts with them and they think she's assulting them, and they arrest her ! Aww Andrews back! But of course she doesn't want everyone to know where he has really been, so Orson suggests to say he has been at drama camp! Meanwhile Danielle's back, it's her science fair, I so predicted she is sleeping with the science teacher!, Andrew met a guy there who he erm was with lol, and Bree found out! ( from Orson ). So Bree told his wife but she already knew, snitch!, so the wife told her about Danielle and the teacher! Orson also found out that Mike is awake! ( he was the one who ran him over! ).. he went to the hospital but the doctor said he has amnesia!..

Susan is still with the British guy Ian!, until she get's a call from Julie that Mike is awake! So she rushes back to the hospital, but Mike doesn't want to see her anymore !!

Edie's funny, and smart. The first to know about Mike's amnesia, of course she uses the situation to the best of her advantage! Saying that Susan doesn't Love him, and she's a stalker lol, no wonder he doesn't want to see Susie Q! How funny when she was showing a photo album, but all of her like in her swimsuit hehe, guess she still wants him! Lynette's son son Parker wants to quit the baseball team, but she won't let him. So she bribes the other teams thrower to go slower. Parker hits the ball, but it hits the boy! And he tells his coach it was her that bribed him !moreless

I still love watching Desperate Housewives every week because they know what they are doing and its so interesting and you can't wait until next episode(which I can't). They would so suck to not remember the last two years of your life! That was so funny when Gabrielle calls the police and they arrest her unstead of Carlos. I just live Gabrielle! She is so funny. She was only in jail in hour and still is upset about it, I would do because you have to sit and do nothing with all these dump people around. Susan just couldn't believe what Mike said. Edie better watch out next episode.moreless

    • Edie: Ah, here's the picture that you took of me in my bikini at that pool party. You could've warned me I was showing a little nip. Oh, Susan Mayer. Remember her? Mike: Yeah. She's pretty. Edie: Yeah, she is, sort of, in this picture. Is there a date on this thing? Mike: The nurses said that she visited me a lot. We were close, huh? Edie: You have just come out of a coma. Can we not talk about Susan till you start to regain your strength? Mike: Why? Edie: Oh, God. I hate to be the one telling you this. Mike: Well, if you don't want to... Edie: That tramp treated you like dirt. She strung you along. She slept with other guys. You broke up with her twice. Mike: Well, why did she keep visiting me when I was out of it? Edie: Well, she's a bit of a stalker. I was worried that she was gonna come in here and disconnect one of the tubes or something. But don't worry. She's glommed on to some new guy, and she's up in the mountains at his place with him right now. Mike: Wow. She told the nurses that she really loved me? Edie: That's the one thing about Susan that you must not forget. She is a liar. Edit

Sometimes we need to provide ourselves alibis...(shot of Andrew talking with his friends) Sometimes we wanna hurt someone who has hurt us...(shot of Gaby with her lawyer talking on the phone) And then there are times we just wanna spare ourselves embarrassment... (shot of Lynette talking with other ladies about Parker living the team) Of course, there are some who feel that to rewrite history is just another way to lie...
