Desperate housewives is probably one of my favourite drama programmes of all time and i have never missed an episode. The addictive thing about this programme is that at the end of the episode there is always some kind of twist that makes you not able to wait for the following. There are so many words to describe this programme such as hilarious, shocking,outragous and many, many more. When i first saw desperate housewives i thought it was just another one of them shows that the media expect you to watch but when i got watched the second episode it really made me want the next episode and the next, and the next, and the next.

I would reccomend this programme to young and older women and preferbaly hommosexual men. Brilliantly made 5 stars.

I like it more and more to b honest with you, i dont think its going downhill at all the gay couple and the b*tch make a good twist to it because they know what rrealy happened with her husband and i really wanna know what happened because i hate her, and im glad lynette doesnt have cancer. i really want gabbie an carlos to get back together it dont feel right without them being together cus eedie is crazyy an gabbie's husband is just an ahole i dont like him at all hes dumb an hes useless to the show, it was a fairly good episode. i liked the whole baby scene i wonder whats going to happen with that.

I love how there are always new secrets. As soon as the secrets are spilled and everyone knows, you think finally eveything is out in the open. And to your surprise something else happens. I love this show is entertaining and definitely very hilarious. Like this season when Lynettes mom mad her the "special brownies" she was absolutely hilarious at Susans' party. Like when she made fun of Edie's fake suicide attempt.

I think "Desperate Housewives" is a TV show with a lot of good stories, witch some are very funny, others too sad and dramatic but the real meaning of all story is the friendship that they have for each other...is beautiful! I like all of them but my favorite personage is Susan, she's hilarious, i think she's got a huge heart, she's a loyal friend and a very good mother, i really like her and i think very funny the way she looks like, she's hilarious. It's a very good TV show and i hope that "Desperate Housewives" continues for a long time, because unfortunately all goods TV shows end's very soon!

One of the best serieses, it has so much to offer.

You've got action, drama, suspense, incredibly unexpected turns that even movie veterans won't speculate, and of course laughter. Lots of laughter. Not 'hehe' much laughter, more like 'prepare having to pause the episodes to laugh' much laughter.

I think though the series is majorly directed to the ladies out there, as for it repeatedly puts women in control in well, about everything, and it also has a romantic line every now and then. But for any male viewers that can put up with that, the mass amounts of humour is guaranteed in return.

I started watching this because im a L&C fan and i found out that teri hatcher was on dh! so i started watching, and i was hooked it is a great show!! The characters are portrayed well and it is never boring and there is always an exciting story line, my favourite character is susan, she makes me laugh and i think she is the best actress there, i do not like bree much she annoys me sooo much, i was glad when she got pregant and was off the show for a few eps its a shame she came back!

This is a very funny comedy drama with lot's of stories. My favourite character cahnges from time to time but they are all great. Bree is very funny with the way she is ith her children and men in her life. The way she reacts to the situations are hilarious. She is always there for her family no matter what they have done even if she has kicked her son out of the house once for going wild.

Gabriella is also funny as the Goldigging wife but she has grown to show compassion. Her heart in my opinion belongs to Carlos although she is married to another man.

Susan is awesome the fact tha she is quite clumsy and asks advice from her daughter. I like the bond she has with her. Susan's on/off relationship with Mike is also nice.

Lynette and her brood of 4 children are also quite funny about how she was the breadwinner and then gives it up. Starts a business with her husband is wonderful. She's very maternal with her children.

Edie the maneater is great because she causes conflict.

I love all of the drama there is in thos show. Everyone haveing little affairs. Gaby and Carlos's countinuing romance. Those two are perfect for each orher and I love that those two just keep their romance even if tehy aren't officialy together. Bree what can I say aboue her. She cracks me up with her little stins she pulls. Whether thats her attempt to be the 'perfect housewive' or have the perfect life. ir's so adorable. I love Bree. Susan is also a lot of fun. She is soooooooo funny. Especially since shes such a clutz. She makes everthing so much fun. Lynette Scavo is a really really good character. She remains strong through thick and thin. She supports her husbnd in everything he does abd in return he supports her and is there for her while she battles cancer. Mh least favorite character is Edie. She used to be fun; the party girl and such; now she is just annoying. Overall, this is a goos show and I like it.

Desperate housewives .. hmmm.. I think the word that definitely describes the series is HILARIOUES! It is so funny! It shows you all of the things that you really want to do in life but you don't dare by any chance to do it and in Desperate Housewives they do those things! I think that's the hilarious things and what they pass through it's just so funny! Susan, Bree, Linnett, Gabrielle and Edie are just a great team even though some backstab each one they are friends and they have poker nights, which while they are playing they ask each other what their life problems are and everything! I think that if you want to have a good laugh, you should definitely watch this show!

I just love desperate housewives!!! It's the best show ever! I watch the show every week and when the episode ends I just wanna see the next! The argument is excelent, the characters are so funny and the actors and actresses just fit the job...My favorite character is Gabrielle Solis (Lang for now) because she is an amazing woman, her life is always turning upside down and she keeps fighting to make everything right...She may not say she is wrong in the begining, but she corrects her mistakes sooner or later! And her relationship with Carlos is just beautifull. Desperate Housewives is really addictive!

This show does not go anywhere in the storyline or the storyboard it's just the same old thing every episode, every season. Here is what I see when I watch an episode of Desperate Housewives: The housewife is Desperate she gets married and has a baby and thats it does that sound boring to you?. This show would make a good Soap Opera on TV if you ask me LOL!. The characters in this show is half less than slightly of half of mediocre. So this show makes a good Drama show because this show is nothing but Drama so thats the end of my review.

The episode 71 of season 4, "Now you know" is completely racist and very offensive to filipinos worldwide!! The producers and writers of this show should review first the dialogues,even if they say it was just a mere joke...This so called "Joke" is offensive especially that everybody knows that filipinos are the ones populating hospitals here in the US which proves that they are smart! and Hardworking! and without these hardworking filipinos there would be more and more sick and dying in the US....and if you think that getting diplomas in the philippines is a joke, well....you are very sadly mistaken...you are lucky that there are filipinos here in the US kissing up to you Americans just so that they can survive and feed there families in the philippines...obviously the producers didn't think that a certain someone can charge them with racism... and we are planning a campaign for the producer's public appology to the filipinos that work in the united states of america...I hope this review catches the attention of the producers of desperate housewives!

Me? Oh well I like Susan Mayer the best... (Teri Hatcher). Why? Because she's so clumsy and a complete clutz that she is so funny. I like that she's not so succesful with guys because she is like so many women. I'm glad she's with Mike now. They are such a sweet couple. She desirves the best. I also like Gabrielle. She's so high matinence she's funny. I still can't believe she married that old fool. She can do WAY better than him.

I love this show bacause it's funny, mysterious and just keeps you guessing most of the time.

Like, will anyone find Edie in time? Will Gabby and Carlos get back together? Can't wait for the next season to find out!!

Although we expect them to comeback with a new family on the block, their secrets are always intriguing, not to mention extreme, which makes you want to find out already. You make hypotheses at the beginning of the season then find out when everything is revealed that what you thought of was not at all close to the real thing. The more secrets are kept, and lies are told, the more interesting this show gets. The best part about it is that it starts each season a little more than mediocre, but then rises to the top as it continues. This show just never fails to disappoint. It's a mix of comedy, drama, "action", and critical thinking. Incredible.

Desperate Housewives is phenomenal; it's full of deceit, charm, scandal, heartache, affairs, love ... it's just an emotional roller coaster and every time without any question each episode, each season, just continues to get better and better. I have watched every single episode since the beginning in 2004, it is a ritual of mine. Haha. Every night when there is a new episode I crack open a bottle of Dom Pérignon and chocolate covered cherries and strawberries cuddle up on my couch and indulge. Everything about this show is just so perfect and so perfectly scripted. I've never been so hardcore dedicated to a T.V. show in my life. This show is definitely a must you've got to just sit down and watch it. The writers and directors are genius and the girls are just lovely. May 2011 with indefinitely be a tragic time when it all ends but there is always the DVDs.

I am absolutely crazy about this show. My friend got me into it when season 1 was over but when I rented it, it became my favorite. Than Ugly Betty came along but I still love my Housewives. All of my friends make fun of me because I'm a guy and I watch it but who are they to talk when they watch dumb reality shows like Jackass. I have every single season on DVD. I can watch it over and over again and I still love it. The women of Wisteria Lane keep me excited until 9:00 every Sunday night. And when they take a break I wonder if I'll survive. The first episode of Season 4 didn't really hit me but I'm sure it will be great throughout the season. For all those Jackass fans who don't know what good TV is I honestly have to say that I feel sorry for you.

I look forward to watching this show every week. I couldn't wait for the New season to begin.Even my 20 year old son watches this show, and my husband gets into it as well. How could someone even give this a score lower then 10 ? Edie is a Hoot ! Bree is the most down to earth snob its so comical. Gabby is snobby, funny, and as soon as you think shes got a heart, think again but that make her a perfect match with Carlos and not the Mayor. Susan is so clumbsy and bubbly I love her and she is good with Mike. And I hope Lynette gets better, I dont want her to leave the show she adds so much to it and Tom as well. And now the new character Catherine with Hubby and Daughter bringing a new twist on things. It just keeps getting better and better :) Cant wait until tonight to see what this episode brings...

To sum up, DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES is an EXCELLENT show that easily makes you laugh, cry and scream at the time, while you're having the best moment of your life watching the DESPERATE love, murder, sensuality and mystery puzzle.

This fresh show is awesome and contains real-life humorous incidents. It is simple yet brilliant and the colourful Wisteria Lane is unique and just excellent! The characters each have their own personality, the script is just genius and the twists and turns of the USA hit show make you cry, laugh and go "Ooooooo...".

I wouldn't exactly name it "realistic" or "gritty" because it isn't. The cast, plots, script and colourful sets sum up to be unrealistic but with just 100% originality. I like this show, even if I haven't watched it since the start. Not one of my favourite shows - but my verdict is: Excellent!

These five women have many problems in their everyday life. ethier something goes wrong with family members or their husband is caught cheating even muders are saw on this show. It is a show that most people would see the name and say that is going to be a stupid show. but acutally its not. One episod bre's son hit this lady and they keep it a secret and didn't say anytihng and her son is gay Susan and edie are always fighting over mike the plummer (so hot).Orsen this guy bre married supposlly killed his wife cause he tried to leave him. Not the truth but everyone thoughtit was.

Hilarious and outlandish, Desperate Housewives is one of a kind. While some argue that it is not as great as it used to, after a spotty second season and the increasingly awesome third season, I think it's right on track again. A nice cross between the day-time soap operas and nightly dramas, Desperate Housewives is amazingly entertaining and always amusing even when bordering on the impossible. The acting is superb, all the actors are greatly cast and while the characters themselves were created as caricatres, the actors give three dimensional traits and emotions, making the characters seem like people you could know. With questions left over from last season: did Edie really kill herself? How will Lynette cope with lymphoma and her mother? Will Susan and Mike's love stay constant? Will Gabby choose Carlos or Victor? Will Bree be able to get away with faking her pregnancy? Will Austin be coming back? How will the new neighbors interact with all our old favorites? What new secrets and gossip will there be this season? Wow, even with all those questions, I probably forgot some major key points, but still I can't wait for Desperate Housewives to return!

!!..we loved the show because it told a story about a neighborhood like no show had. It was witty, fun , with an amazing story line and with a different twist every single week. it was for people who liked suspense, people who just wanted to know about the lovely desperate housewives, it was about real life and there story was somehow our story every week BUT after season 2 i think the show fell BADLY i should say. the suspense was gone, the story line was really suffering and plots were reaping themselves over and over. the charm that made desperate housewives so successful had vanished into thin air. If there coming back they Have to be bigger, better and stronger then season 3 cause is they aren't sadly it is very likely its the last season. i mean season 3 where in the world was bree?? how could they cut of one of the MOST if NOT THE most important character in the series...the story without her was lost. how could EVA be separated from carlos when they worked so well together…they just killed one of the best couples… season 3 even got boring and hard to watch some episodes, it really lacked everything the other two seasons of desperate housewives had the raw, hilarious, drama was gone and it was kinda dull ! I'm so not tuning in next season if its anything like season 3!

this is a fantastic show with amazing storylines, a must see tv show with a cast of gorgeously talented actoresses. the seasons just get better and better with this show, and season three was amazing so i wonder how season 4 will compare to that terrific season. It's funny, it's dramatic and it's exciting all in one show and best of all, it is filled with secrets, cliffhangers and a talented cast and crew. I can't wait to see what secrets will be burning in the upcoming seasons and which secrets will already be out, and i wonder how Edie survived her suicide...

This is a great great great great great great great great great great show! This is a superb superb superb superb superb superb show!!! I love this show and all the characters!!!! This show is amazing!!! I also Love Love Love Eva Longoria! She is great in the show and as an actress and seems like a great person. I love this show! It's one of my favorite shows of all time. I also love the other characters as well. As I said before I love love love love love love love love love love love love love love this show!!!

At first I thought that this was a girl series, but I was positively surprised...



cheating, murders, an alcoholic housemom, and strange marriages... you name it, this serie has got it...



Plus its got five HOT women to look at, even though my best girlfriend would say that it was the gardener who makes it worth to look at.



The first episode is about Mary Alice Young, where she kills herself, and after that her friends just can not understand why, so now they've got a mystery to solve, the first of many. I can only say that this serie is worth chance, Me myself was very skeptic to start with. But I promise you, that you wont get dissapointed.

Desperate Housewives is a really good show about these housewives who are all friends and we see all the chaos thats going on in their lives. I've watched it since the night it priemered and have loved it ever since.Plus, me being a fan of darker stories and just about everything else I really liked the dark comedy feel of it. I do have to admith that season 2 could have been better and nothing can compete with the greatness on season 1 and I hope in season 4 they go back to how it used to be but nontheless still great stuff and I plan to watch it till the end.

Desperate Housewives shocked millions world wide with its soap opera/dramedy story telling. How many shows begin with a women(who we thought was the main character)commiting suicide and then narrating every episode. Only DH could pull that off. The show,to me, hasn't been as good as the first season finale. The third came close but still slightly off the target. The four main characters are still as desperate as ever but not as interesting. Susan is my least favorite because shes annoying and Teri Hatcher looks like some smacked her head with a shovel. Gabrielle is okay. I love Bree and Lynette though. The show it self has had it's ups and downs but still is enjoyable to watch.

Desperate Housewives is an amazing show about a suburb called Wisteria Lane, in which everybody has secrets, but lately the show has dropped the suspense and mistery and became all drama, wich can get a bit boring because it is really repetitive and stupid sometimes so I think that they should get the mistery back.

And yes I know that a dead person appeared in Mrs. McCluskey but then she told a crappy story about her dead husband and they didnt mention it never again!

At least at the Season Finale we see a bit of mistery when Edie Britt kills herself!

Desperate Housewives is one of those shows that you cannot miss one episode of without losing track of the whole season. It is way ahead of its time, and the characters are both extreme yet believeable. My personal favorite is Julie, Susan's teenage daughter who acts more like the mom. I definitely think Gaby and Carlos should get back together, and I hope that Lynette recovers - she has four children! There have been some silly moments in the three seasons, and some that just would not happen, but on the whole a great series that could run for a long time yet.
