Bree introduces her baby, Benjamin Tyson Hodge, to her friends. She invites Susan and Mike over for dinner. Mike is taking narcotics quite frequently. Over dinner, Bree talks about pre-school, and how much it costs, concerning Mike. She wants her baby to be circumsized, but Orson refuses to let his child have his penis trimmed. He tells of when he was five and his mother had him circumsized. In the kitchen, after dinner, Mike takes a narcotic after searching for the chocolate syrup. Bree finds him and he tells her he was taking an aspirin to help him with the pain he feels after being ran over almost two years ago. Bree finds a pill he dropped on the floor, and researches about it. When Mike comes home the next day for his lunch break, Susan tells him Bree stopped by and told her he was taking narcotics. Mike tells her they were prescribed and he's just taking them because of his shoulder pain, and will stop soon. Susan talks about it with Bree, and Bree tells her addicts are experts at lying. Susan checks the whole house, and finds a plastic bag full of narcotics in Mike's fleshlight. She confronts him, and Mike explains that he hurt his shoulder while replacing the water heater in Mrs. McCluskey's house. The doctor advised him to take a break from work, but that was the same day he learnt Susan was pregnant, so he didn't stop in order to gain some more money for his son, to give him the advantages he never had. Susan says she wants to believe him, but addicts are experts at lying. He then throws the pills down the sink to convince her he will quite. The two hug. Later that night, while Susan's asleep, Mike tries to retrieve the pills.
Meanwhile, Bree goes to the hospital to get Benjamin circum, but Orson mailed every clinical services in this state and the two neighbor states saying that he doesn't want his son to be circum. Bree goes to a debris party, and asks the mohel to circumher baby without Orson knowing, promising to raise the child jewish. When they arrive home, Orson asks her where they went, and Bree tells him the truth. Orson is enfuriated, because Bree apparently doesn't care for his feelings on the subject. She tells him she thought about them, but then realized it is her blood running in Benjamin. Orson is saddened by this, for he feels like Benjamin's father, and asks Bree if she doesn't. Bree is sorry, acknowledging how much he loves Benjamin, and says she has to remember that it is love that makes them a family, not blood.
Julie asks Susan if she knows anything at all about Dylan's father, because they were assigned a genealogy project for homework. Susan tells Julie what Katherine said at the charades party, that indicated he was abusive to Katherine and probably to Dylan too. Dylan overheard the conversation. Later, when Katherine arrives home, she sees Dylan researching Wayne Davis in her laptop, and Dylan tells her she was assigned a genealogy project. Katherine closes the laptop and tells her she'll call the teacher and ask him to give her a new assignment. Dylan keeps researching and Katherine tries to forbid her, but Dylan grabs her and pushes her back, furious at the fact that she always neglected to tell her about her father, and then talked about him at a neighborhood party. Katherine tells her as long as she lives under her roof, she will obey her rules, but Dylan replies saying she is no longer afraid of her mom. Dylan asks to know where her father is, and Katherine tells her she's written his address down, but before she gives it to her she must promise not to tell him where they live, because the last time she saw Wayne he almost killed her. Dylan is scared, and gives up her search, saying she'll try to get a different assignment. Katherine then reveals she didn't write the address at all.

Victor already knows Gabrielle cheated on him with Carlos. Gabrielle arrives home and Carlos calls her. Victor catches her, and Gabrielle said she was speaking with Bree. Victor offers himself to take her on a private boat trip, and no one is to know. He then checks her phone and sees she was actually talking to Carlos. The two go on the boat trip. Carlos stops by Edie's, who called him to remind him he left his favorite painting in her house. She made a huge hole in the painting, and then tells him she told Victor the truth, and he was enraged. Carlos calls Gabrielle, and when he learns Victor took her on a boat trip, he gets scared and tells her she has to leave immediately. Gabrielle and Victor talk, and she says it's very cold. She wants to get back to land. Victor tells her he knows everything about the affair, and Gabrielle says she's sorry, but he knew she was needy when he married her, and he was never there. He is sad that's that all she has to say, and tells her he brought something for her. He reaches for a pack, and Gabrielle thinks he's reaching for a gun in order to kill her. She then knocks him overboard, and drives the boat away, leaving him in the cold water. At the shore, Carlos meets with her, and she tells him what happened. They plan to call the coast police and claim it was self-deffense. They try to find a gun inside the pack, but all they see is a sweater. Victor was gonna give it to Gabrielle because she was cold. The two go back to find Victor, and they do. They bring him inside the boat, and Victor tries to kill Carlos. Gabrielle knocks him overboard again. This time, he doesn't emerge, and Carlos and Gaby think he's dead. They go back, and then they let the boat go into the ocean alone, planning to tell the police she left Victor and he was suicidal.

Tom tells the girls Lynette is free from cancer and they all congratulate her. Lynette's mother brings home a man she met in a bar. Everyone is shocked, and then Lynette tells Stella she needs to leave. Stella doesn't have any money nor a place to stay. Lynette tries to get her youngest sister Lydia to let their mother live with her, but Lydia refuses to. Lynette arranges for them to go back home together, and leaves without a warning. Later, she is visited by both her sisters, who bring their mother back to the Scavos' home. The three argue over Stella, and Lynette realizes her sisters don't care for their mother and, disappointed, tells them to leave and forget about it. Stella had overheard the entire conversation, and Parker comes inside to ask Lynette where his grandmother is going. The three sisters get out of the house and see Stella going away in a cab.
