Josh: Ryder, who do you think is louder, you or a Banshee? Ryder: (loudly) What's that? Josh: (shaking his head) Whew, you.

Jael: (as she climbs to the top of the tower) Don't look down. (she peeks down, and groans when she sees how high she is) I said, don't look down!

Jael: (when sent up into the crumbling tower where an unknown figure's been sighted) Sounds like a really great time to send me up by myself. Um, why does it have to be me, Josh? Josh: Well, you're our Special Guest. And you lost the coin toss in the commercial break.

Kris: (referring to the Banshee) So here's my question, right? Let's say we find her... why would we want to find her?! And, I mean, I've got a suggestion. I think we should duct tape her mouth shut, 'cause there's nobody in my family that I really dislike... Josh: Right, you don't want anyone to perish. Kris: Yeah, exactly. Josh: But you look for ghosts for a living! Kris: I do, but none of them curse your family, and lead to funerals.

Ryder: (climbing a steep cliff) Kids, do not climb with a backpack camera at home. (she slips) Oh ****! And, I'm dead, and, I'm dying, and I'm dying... Oh my God, I just saw the Banshee flash before my eyes!

Ryder: (after touching "The Banshee's Comb") You said I couldn't curse, and now I'm cursed!

Kris: (about her role as Real Time EVP Analyst) So, at the end of your EVP sessions I'll be able to provide audio analysis. If I hear anything strange, I will flag it- I'll try to determine whether or not it's paranormal, or if it's you screaming like a little Banshee. Josh: Probably me screaming like a little Banshee.
