  • Decent show, way too much repetition. Hey Pitts, iron your clothes. You look like you just crawled out of a nice comfy bed.

I've watched this show from the beginning, and I can easily say that my first impressions of the show were really good. They had a lot of original content. Stuff that you wouldn't see on shows such as "Wildest Police Videos" and such. Unfortunately, after seeing episode after episode I noticed something. They have so much original content because they don't really show that many clips. I decided to DVR the last episode just to see how much original content I was getting. The grand total. EIGHT MINUTES! Yes, you read that right. Eight minutes of content. When you take out all the commercials, the instant replays, the showing of the clip, stopping it in the middle for a commercial, then coming back and starting the clip back from the beginning and explaning everything over and over, that's all you're getting. You'd think the Editors at the Discovery Channel would have realized by now that 90% of people that get their channel in the first place PROBABLY have some sort of DVR or recording device if they would like to rewind, play in slow motion or whatever. I've seen enough of these shows to where I don't need to see the car that flipped repeated 40 times. Twice, maybe. Don't even get me started on Ron Pitts or whatever the hosts name is. I've never seen a guy come to a taping in the clothes he slept in. Just ridiculous....moreless
