Manga/Anime Difference(s): - In the anime Conan doesn't actually meet the men in black, but their lookalikes. The manga version of the story does have them appear and in the process, Conan learns their codenames (Gin & Vodka). - Genta, Ayumi and Mitsuhiko appear in the anime version. It's Ayumi rather than Ran who puts the gum in the ashtray. - In the manga, Gin and Vodka get away, while Conan reflects on learning their codenames. The anime ends with the lookalikes of Gin and Vodka getting arrested, and with Ran questioning Conan on his true identity, with Genta, Ayumi and Mitsuhiko calling him a trickster. In the manga, Ran doesn't question him about it until the next chapter "The Coded Map of the City Case".
