Hello, Bandit

Aired Sunday 9:00 PM Oct 03, 2010 on Showtime

  • Trivia

  • Quotes

    • Dexter: (voice over) "Helping Your Children Cope With Grief". "Grandpa's Gone to Heaven". "Saying Goodbye to Fluffy". But nothing on "Mommy Bled Out in a Bathtub".

    • Dexter: (voice over) Any shrink could tell you that's why I've always liked children, because they connect me to what I can never get back.

    • Dexter: (voice over) Cody and Astor showed me that I can still care about something. That makes letting them go all that much harder.

    • Dexter: (voice over) Normally, having a target would make me feel good. Give me a direction. A sense of purpose. But now... it means nothing. And I don't know what's going to make me feel better.

    • Dexter: (voice over) It's said there are seven stages of grief. I suppose killing someone with my bare hands in a men's room was my way of working through the anger stage. Whatever the other six stages are... I don't have time for them. 'Cause now I'm a full-time dad. Once the kids and I are back together, it'll all be fine.

  • Notes

  • Allusions

    • Masuka: Oh, fuck me up the goat ass!

This is an allusion to "The Goat" sketch by Adam Sandler off his album "What The Hell Happened To Me?" During the sketch, the talking goat says the exact same thing.

    • Dexter: He's C.S.I.-ing me.
C.S.I. stands for crime scene investigation. C.S.I. is a media franchise of American television programs, all of which deal with forensic scientists as they reveal the circumstances behind mysterious and unusual deaths and crimes committed.
