When Dee Dee is taking the pictures in Dexter's lab, you can see in the lens of her camera it is spelled secret from left to right, that will say it was spelled backwards where it was written since we only see the reflection.

The envelopes were all alphabetical, so Dexter should have known where his photos were if he knew what his last name was. (Even though his last name is never revealed in the series, he still should have known.)

During many breathtaking action scenes, time seems to be a minor annoyance, and can even be reversed a few seconds if necessary. Watch how far the laser beam has gone in each shot for an example of taking this technique totally over the top.

How did Dexter get enough time to open all those photo envelopes? It would have taken days to do all those piles.

When Dee Dee's photos come back from being developed, her fingers are in the way of the lens, but when she takes the pictures, her fingers are nowhere near the lens.

Most of this episode parodies the James Bond movie Goldfinger, such as the villain Redeye parodying Goldfinger. And the scene where Dexter is strapped to a table with a camera beam coming at him asks, "Do you expect me to talk?" and Redeye replies, "No, Agent Dexter, I expect you to smile." This is a take off of the famous scene in which Bond is strapped to a table with a laser beam coming at him, asks, "Do you expect me to talk?" and Goldfinger replies, "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die."
