Early in the episode, Dharma mentions that one of her jobs was dancing with the rock band ZZ Top. In real life, Jenna Elfman was one of ZZ Top's Legs girls. She was a dancer early in her career and worked with the band in 1994.
Larry: (after being taken hostage by a sea lion for an entire day and ending up on an inflatable boat) What do you say Ed? If you buy a boat we can do this every weekend!
Kitty: (seeing a sea lion) He looks remarkably like the little European man that tunes our piano.
Marlene: (to Greg) You do know the day when I snap and come back here with a gun, you're first?
Dharma: You never Xerox your ass, I'd put that on the fridge. You should make a whole bunch of them and we could color them in.
Dharma: So now a store that sells something is automatically better than a store that doesn't?
