Ryan Seacrest will be joining Dick Clark in hosting the celebration in Times Square this year. Hilary Duff will be hosting the Hollywood portion of the show. She will also perform her latest hits.
Other performers include The Bangles, Chris Brown, Sean Paul, The Pussycat Dolls, Sugarland, 3 Doors Down and 311. Mariah Carey will perform live in Times Square.
