I'm sorry for the City of New York and anyone who invested their time, talents (esp. Carrie Underwood), and money on that "New & Improved" ball, etc... I also apologize to stroke victims and elderly for my candid remarks, but you're not trying to entertain millions on International Television on New Year's Eve. When he came on and started talking like a monster, it truly was frightening.

It's time for Dick to watch from the sidelines, and we can view tribute highlights from his better days. Better a tribute now when he can watch it, than after he's gone to the "Great Bandstand in the Sky".
