Arnold: ...I guess you're right, Dad - Fighting over money is dumb...Especially when there's no money to fight over.
Drummond: ...I want to tell you boys about my first business; I started it with somebody I'd known all my life. For some time, all went very well. Then he and I had a fight over money. It got pretty gritty; we said a lot of things to each other that really stung--and a couple of things which still sting to this day. Eventually, he stormed off for good. On that day, I lost more than a shrewd partner; I lost a good friend. Years later, we patched it up--but things were never quite the same between us.
Sam: ...Could that happen to Arnold and me?
Drummond: You never know, Sam; it could. See, this friend and partner I've just told you about was--my father.
