Kimberly returns from a ski trip ecstatic because she met an older guy named Roger. When he announces he has a sister who's Willis's age, she suggests they go on a double date. However, the minute Roger and his sister Emily see Willis, Rogeris shocked because Willis is black, even though Emily couldn't care one bit. Arnold overhears Roger tell Emily she can't date Willis because of his color and covers it up by saying she's sick. Kimberly plans to let Roger pick him up for their date but tells him what she thinks of him and where to go.
This episode spelled out the absurdity of prejudice and how it can effect people. It also teaches that you don't know how well you know someone, till you really get to know them.moreless
