I saw the Family Guy pilot where they reference this episode tonight so I had to check it out.

Frankly, I liked it. I thought it was very bold and risky how they had a laugh track running while a pedophile was playing with kids. It was odd, but it made for some really intriguing television and this was actually a very interesting take on the "very special episode" that sitcoms do from time to time. It got a little uncomfortable at times, but it was a fun episode to watch, maybe not so fun back when it originally aired though. I think over time we warmed up to it, but I could see why it offended people at the time.

the drummond family really likes the new bicycle man, mr. horton. he soon likes arnold and later, when he meets dudley, he likes him too. is there something more to mr. horton than meets the eye?

good episode, and controversial, especially for it being an episode of a sitcom such as this. the end easily states that arnold and dudley are in danger, will they escape him in part 2? overall a great episode and had some good acting, and as such i have to give the episode an A+ for a grade, simply a perfect episode of the series
