Josh: This week join me as I explore one of the most spectacular archaeological sites on Earth, Petra. Located in southwestern Jordan, this glorious red rose city was literally carved into the Shara Mountains. Made famous by Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Petra was once Wall Street of ancient Arabia. Over 2,000 years ago its street flowed with treasures of gold and silver. Just how did this majestic city become the center of wealth and power in the Arabian Desert? To find out I use ground penetrating radar to probe the site, examine Petra's only surviving manuscript and gain rare access to go underneath Petra's most famous monument. We're digging for the truth and we're going to extremes to do it.
