  • Trivia

    • Though this movie is titled, "Our War Game", the title screen actually displays the title as "Children's War Game".

    • Since when did Miko come back to the apartment?

    • Fox had translated all of the speech but probably only translated 10% of the words and had been too lazy to translate the other 90% which would help us understand it a bit more!

  • Quotes

    • Tai: Great, we'll tell Genai to upload Gabumon and Patamon onto the net.
Floyd: That sounds like fun, usually I just play Solitaire on that thing but I...
Customer: Watch it, Floyd you almost cut my ear off!
Customer 2: Kids today are so smart aren't they?
Customer 3: I still can't set the time on my VCR.
Tai: Hey Matt who are all those weird people?
Matt: They're not weird they're my best friends. (Whispering) Considering this is the only computer in town!

    • Matt: Guys, the closest thing our grandmother has to a computer is an egg timer, we're going into town to find one.

    • Tai: Infermon sent us another e-mail. "I'm close to him" close to who?
      Izzy: He's in America!
Tai: He doesn't even have a green card.

    • Tai: Agumon, are you okay?
Agumon: Don't take me out, coach...
      Izzy: Tentomon!
Tentomon: I'm fine. Just one question: Who's Tentomon?

    • Operator: All Circuits are busy. Try again later.
Tai: Oh great it's busy. Mimi!(dials the number)
Operator: All circuits are busy. Try again later.
Tai: Come on, how can that be busy too? (dials again)
Operator: All circuits are still busy.
Tai: Don't tell me! (dials again)
      Operator: DIDN'T YOU HEAR ME?!
      Tai: But...
      Operator: ITS BUSY!!!
      Tai: I'm sorry, lady...

    • TK: Patamon, say something!....I'm coming...I'll come get you!
Matt: (slowly) TK you can't...(yells to MetalGarurumon) BUT YOU CAN!
Tai (to WarGreymon): Wipe 'em out!

    • (Tai and Izzy are clinging to the rails of the balcony)
Izzy: I - am about - to barf.
Tai: Wait 'til you try the cake.

    • Izzy: Can't - hold - much - longer...
Tai: What are you talking about? We're winning!
Izzy: (groans) This could be it...
      Tai: Yeah; great, huh?
      Izzy: Not that!
      Tai: What's wrong?
Izzy: There's - something - wrong with me!
      Tai: What is it?!
Izzy: I - think it's your - mother's recipes! (stumbles out of the room)
Tai: I hate to say I told you so, but - I told you so!

    • Tai: Izzy, I can't get anyone on the phone. I need you to call Sora for me!
Izzy: Why? You and she are really good friends.
Tai: (throws the phone at him) Just do it!

    • Grandma: You're selling ties?
Tai: (on the phone) No, my name is Tai. Listen, can I talk to Matt and TK? It's urgent!
Grandma: Oh, I'd like to talk to them, too. They're here visiting.
      Tai: What?! They're there?!
      Grandma: Mm-hm.
      Tai: Right now?!
      Grandma: Mm-hm.
Tai: Can I talk to them?!
Grandma: Okay, I'll tell them. (hangs up) Oh, kids...

    • Kari: My brother and I had a "give and take" relationship. I would give, and he would take.

    • Computer: Thank you for visiting (Cat's Meow).com

    • TK:(In background) Ahh!!!
Matt: I gotta go. Grandma fell asleep on TK again.

    • Sora: Stupid Tai.

    • Izzy: The egg has already hatched!
      Tai: Ohhh...

    • Matt and T.K.'s grandmother: You're selling ties?

    • Omnimon: Supreme Cannon!

    • Omnimon: Transcended Sword!

    • Izzy: He's smart though. He's only in elementary school, but he's already taking classes at Colorado State!
Tai: So what? I'm in Junior High School and I take classes at Junior High School

    • Izzy: Your Digimon's a loser.
      Tai: What did you say!?
Izzy: (reading an email) How could two Mega Level Digimon get beat by one Ultimate Level Digimon. WarGreymon quit like a coward.
Tai: (threating Izzy) You take that back or I'll-!
Izzy: I was just reading an email from another kid!
Tai: Well you didn't have to read it so well...

    • Tai: (concerning Izzy's sattelite uplink) Cool, how does it work?
Izzy: Well, do you know what a semi-conductor is?
Tai: Um... a guy who works part-time on a train?

  • Notes

    • This is the final time that the Digi-Destined use the power of their Crests.

    • If you look closely at the bottom of the webcam chat between T.K., Matt, Tai and Izzy, you will see it says Taichi and Yamato which are their respective Japanese names.

    • In the second half of the movie, it's the first time we see the mega forms of the original Digimons since Agumon and Gabumon.

First and only appearance of Magnadramon, Gatomon's Mega Form, and Seraphimon, Patamon's Mega Form.

    • All Biyomon, Gomamon, and Palmon say the whole movie is their names.

    • Biyomon, Gomamon, and Palmon are only seen when all the partner Digimon appear on the computer.

    • Final appearance of MetalGarurumon.

    • This is also the premiere of Tsumemon, Keramon's In-Training form.

    • If you watch closely at the computer screen, they were using Internet Explorer.

    • The scene where Izzy gets sick was edited. In the original, he had to use the bathroom real bad.

    • This marks the first actual DNA Digivolve.

    • Debut: Kuramon (Keramon's Baby form), Keramon, Infermon (Keramon's Ultimate form), Diaboromon (Keramon's Mega form), Omnimon (MetalGarurumon and WarGreymon's DNA Digivolved form).

    • The person e-mailing in the mountains is actually Ryo, of Season 3.

    • The references to Willis were not in the original Japanese version, due to the fact that 'Our War Game' was in continuity and 'Hurricane Touchdown' was out of continuity, therefore in 'Our War Game' Willis/Wallace didn't exist.

    • If you look closely when the children are sending emails, you will see a young Yolei. This makes sense, bcause she makes reference to it in season 2 when the new Digidestined talk about how they were introduced to Digimon.

    • US Length: about 34 min

    • Japan Length: about 40 min

    • Title is Digimon: Our War Game.

  • Allusions

    • Title/Plot

The title Our War Games and plot about the nuclear missiles seems to come from the 1983 film WarGames.
