Hiroshi Yushima finally returns and states his absence after the gang returned home. It appears that once Mercurimon launched his devastating attack, Gawappamon had saved him from the explosion and thus he and Kamemon stumbled onto a Floramon village. They also met up with Baromon later on and thus, ended up in the same situation as the gang were now.
