  • Hey, this episode was supposed to be about Zoe! How come Koji has to save the day?

Don't get me wrong, Koji is my favorite out of the five (six, if you count Koichi) Digi Destined. It just made me mad that when Zoe finally, after five episodes, gets her turn in the spot light, he comes and takes it away from her. No one was all up in his grill when he turned into Lobomon! I'm sorry, but I have a problem with that. Anyway, Koji is off being Mr. Grumpy Gills and the other four are walking the rails hoping to get to the Forest Terminal. They come to a cross road, and Zoe and JP go one way, whil Takuya and Tommy go the other. Zoe and JP stumble upon a flower like digimon village in need of help. Then some butt head mushroom guys show up, Zoe spirit evolves into Kazemon, the mushroom guys kcik her butt, then Koji has to come save her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What were the writers THINKING?!?!? I hate it when anime writers make girls weak, it's not fair. T_Tmoreless
  • The legendary warrior of wind makes her appearance, Zoe's spirit. A revealing episode. Be careful, contains spoilers.

Well episode #04 of Digimon Frontier. So far, Koji got his spirit of light (Lobomon), Takuya got his spirit of flame (Agunimon), Tommy got his spirit of ice (Kumamon) and now we have Zoe getting her spirit of wind (Kazemon). The good thing I liked about this episode was that more of Zoe\'s attitude is revealed as the storyline progresses.

Despite Tommy looking up to Takuya a lot, we find that Zoe treats Tommy like he were his little brother. Though she doesn\'t obviously love her in that way, she does love him in another obvious way, in terms of looking out for him. Back to the episode...

So we find the gang arguing with each other making a choice to go left or right. Takuya and Tommy go one way, whilst J.P and Zoe go to the other (where forests and green life is visible from a distance). In hopes of seeing one of the two to digivolve next, Bokomon and Neemon follow them. Unfortunately for Takuya and Tommy, they appear to reach a dead end as for some odd reason, a data abnormality occurs and the ground shatters beneath them, causing them to eventually retrace their steps.

We find the adorable Floramon are helped by the others to rebuild their village once destroyed from the Mushroommon. They make an appearance however and wreck the work the gang\'s efforts to rebuild the village. Poor J.P gets attacked by the Mushroommon, and we get the typical slow motion bit of sympathy with Zoe yelling out \"J.P!!!\" as he falls over... XP Heh. And as such, Zoe\'s spirit appears and she spirit evolves into the elegent and pretty Kazemon.

She easily beats the Mushroomon with her unique kicking attacks and wind attacks (Hurricane Wind and Tempest Twist). However, the Mushroomon digivolve into Woodmon and quite literally beat Kazemon into the ground (well not literally, but to some extent). And Lobomon comes to the rescue and saves the day. The village is restored, Takuya and Tommy arrive, Zoe gets them into a headlock as they don\'t believe she got her spirit.

What I didn\'t like about this episode (and later on in the series) is how Kazemon was weakly portrayed as a legendary warrior. I honestly believe this is a feminist or negative issue towards the only female Digidestined in Digimon Frontier. Poor Kazemon didn\'t win her debut fight, and throughout the entire series she only manages to digitise one Digimon, and that is Ranamon. Kazemon could\'ve been stronger... maybe make her kicks a lot more lethal (you\'ll find her kicking attacks aren\'t very effective as the show progresses), likewise with her wind attacks. Still, she does stand out quite well from the other legendary warriors. She is cute, but should\'ve been more stronger to increase her elegance rating (as opposed to Zephyrmon, Zoe\'s beast spirit).moreless

  • Starnge ataack

wonder why Kazemon has an Attack we're she uses her Butt in her attack called "Love Tap" it's kindy "Cheeky". I've seen Digimon use their Fists, Feet, Head and Mouth in their Attacks but Never the use of their Butt, I think Kazemon was the First Digimon for this type of thing. Is it odd that Kazemon has a Bikini-Like Outfit unlike the others (Except for Ranamon) like an Armored Suit. This shows that any limb can be useful for Attackingmoreless
