After Gatomon says she still hears Myotismon's voice in her nightmares, there is a far shot of the Digi-Destined. In the shot, Gatomon's mouth is moving, but she doesn't say anything.
Ken refers to the Control Spires as "dark towers".
The card combo they used in season 1 was to take the Digi-Destined to the "real" world so Oikawa would have to use the Agumon card to get to the Digital World.
The combonation of cards Oikawa used on his computer was wrong compared to the set that they used in season 1 to open the gate of Digiworld-Realworld and vice versa.
The combination of cards Oikawa had did not take him to the Digital World so it doesn't matter if it was a different combination from season 1.
Not quite. We know that in order to reach the human world from the digital one, you had to use the Gomamon card. For all we know, the same one is needed for visa versa. In other words, Oikawa used the fake card, the Agumon card, and ended up in the wrong world. This is proven when Milomyotismon says that, after being knocked through a wall, that his powers are far stronger in the Digiworld.
Davis: Just imagine it's the last minute of a soccer game, and it's you against the goalie. You know what to do, right?
ExVeemon: Not a clue.
Davis: Beat the bad guy!
MaloMyotismon: You scare me even less then these Digi-Destined fools from the other world.
Mummymon: Then I will teach you to fear me!
Arukenimon (about the Digi-Destined): Do you think they noticed us?
Oikawa: Well if they did notice us, it's all over.
Mummymon: What?! It's over?!
Oikawa: Over for them, not over for us!
Mummymon: Oh, right! Over for them. Sure, I get it now!
Oikawa: Yeah, you'll get it all right...
Mummymon: Terrific! Wait, are we still talking about the same thing?
Mummymon: We're off to the Digital World.
Arukenimon: Hey, Bandage Brain, just because we're doing that doesn't mean you have to tell them!
TK: Are you with Daemon, or some other wierdo?!
Oikawa: Am I going crazy or is that mouth talking with my voice?
Mouth: A little bit of both I think...
This episode was published in the manga Digimon Zero Two Volume 2.
Japanese Title: Terror! BelialVamdemon
Another change in the dub was that Owikawa wanted to modify the Digital World so an adult like him could enter, since he only could open the door, but no enter. This makes sense since Palmon in the episode "Spirit Needle" mentioned that she thought that only children could come to the Digital World.
In the Japanese version, Ken explains that the Dark flower blooming on the kids can't be seen by normal humans, since it's mostly a Mental state.
In the Japanese version, the "Snacks" that Izzy's mom brought to the kids were "Rice Balls".
It seems that Matt likes Sora when Izzy said that she was staying with Tai. You could tell by the way Izzy said it.
Look at the computer when Oikawa types. Those are the cards from season 1. Those are the cards Myotismon used, and Agumon, not Gomamon, is in the top left corner.
Myotismon can Digivolve to either VenomMyotismon or MaloMyotismon at Mega Level, but MaloMyotismon is stronger.
If Venommyotismon is Myotismon's Mega form, what is Malomyotismon? Is it like the two forms of Imperialdramon?
Myotismon was called Vamdemon in the Japanese version and Malomyotismon was called BelialVamdemon.
In this episode Malomyotismon reveals that pretty much all the bad things that happened this season was his doing, except for Daemon, and his 3 Daemon corps.
This marks the deaths of Arukenimon and Mummymon.
Myotismon, one of the big bads from season one, returns in this episode as Malomyotismon.
