This is an example of one of the episodes that helps this series. It is all about character development. The action is left on the side, but the action works really well with episode. not only do we hear the ever familiar voices of Tai and Davis from season 1 and 2, but we are met with the bullies that haunted tommy. In addition, there is a great conflict between doing the right thing and being selfish in this episodes. The kids rely on Angemon for protection, but never actually think about the consequences of their actions. When they\'re told about the dangers in the Digital world, they refuse to believe. Well, the picking on Tommy persists. Why? Beause Taipei is selfish and wants to save the world on his own. And what does Tommy do? He stands up for himself. FINALLY! And it is so wonderfully written. Not to mention the wise-cracking comments befrore these scenes that are so funny. The kids making fun of an idiotic Digimon. It is absolutely amazing! Then an ambush ensues and at this point, you really want the kids to stand up and fight for the sake of proving themselves to the other obnoxious ones. And it works wonderful. There is an amazing shot of Tapei almost being shot that gets repeated over and over agin. His friend is frozen in his tracks. Doesn\'t know what to do. It is artisitc. And then, Tommy jumps in to save the day. Absolutely fantastic. And then he spirit evolves to add to teh whole situation. It is a great experience. Of course, then the dark nights show up and Kill Angemon (familiar?). They rob the kids, and Tommy leaps onto the net to stick with them. An amazing ending to such a great episode. The main plot was non-existant in this one. Instead, the writers focused on the characters and provided the viewer with some history. It was a smash hit.moreless

    • Saggitarimon: While I have nothing against you personally, I must demand that you hand over all of your obsessions!
      Takuya: Obsessions?
Saggitarimon: No, wait. I mean your possessions. I should have just said "stuff" like I usually do. I never should have bought that thesaurus!
Tommy: So you have nothing better to do then rob us?
Saggitarimon: That's right. Now you don't want to get hurt. Hand over your obssessions!
JP: I can't believe we're being robbed by someone this dumb!

    • Tommy (about Steel Town): Wow, it's all so shiney and bright.
Zoe: Yeah, bright is right. Some of those buildings are reflecting right in my eyes!
Takuya: I bet you guys wish you had a cool pair of goggles about now.
Koji: Yeah, right. All the cool kids are wearing goggles.
      Takuya: Well, they will!

    • Takuya: Where are we anyway?
Bokomon: Steel Town. The whole place is made of steel.
J.P.: Gee, would never have guessed that from the name!

    • Saggitarimon: This is what you all get. It's payback for not handing over your obsessions!
Takuya, Koji and Koichi: You mean posessions, not obsessions!
Saggitarimon: I know what I mean! My mind is like a steel flap!

    • Angemon: Most times, the right thing is easy to see, if you're willing to look, and do what's nessecary.
