Did you know that they showed the shadows of the other digimon and digidestined, but didn't really show them?
When Blastmon first appears in the episode he threatens to take Mikey's 8 code crowns and add them to his 22, which would be 30. However near the end of the episode Laylamon comments on Blastmon's defeat saying that Mikey now has 29 code crowns. I guess her math is as bad as Blastmon's.
Shurimon has a different color appearance from season two.
In the dubbed version, it does not say 5 years later. But it is obvious time has passed.
It says five year later, but Marcus hasn't aged a day since going to live with Agumon in the Digital World.
In this episode, Marcus does a DNA charge without having to punch the enemy first.
The battle between Spencer and BanchoLeomon is similar to the battle between Marcus and Agumon when they first met.
US Edits: During Rosemon and Ravemon's fight against the crystals, Rosemon's "high beams" are removed. And after Keenan destroys two crystals behind her, the opening in the middle of her dress is questionably edited out as well.
The scene in which the gang helps Marcus fly back up the tree to his father is very similar to a scene in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children in which the friends of the main character Cloud all help him fly up to attack Bahamut SIN.
When Biyomon is sitting on the bed, his feet are pink.
Otamamon is analyzed as a Fresh digimon, but is actually a Rookie.
After Ikuto falls from trying to pull the pillow away from the babies, thus getting it ripped open, we see the cotton fluffs from the ripped pillow on Yoshino's head. But the fluffs weren't there during the previous (slow-motion) scene.
When Yoshino picks up Tokomon, you can see Sayuri in the background feeding the same exact Tokomon.
Keenan's Digivice handles the Mega-level DNA charge without any ill effects, even though the smallest amount of that same power was enough to completely destroy Marcus, Thomas and Yoshi's Digivice.
U.S. Edit: Miki's plunging neckline has been edited, making it look as if her shirt has been zipped back up. However some parts have been missed (i.e. scene after Marcus confronts Thomas).
A temporary change in art style gives Miki a revealing, plunging neckline during the entire episode which is shown with the other girls as well, though not as much. But her shirt is zipped back up in the next episode as it returns to its regular art style.
For some reason, unlike the others, Ikuto's Digivice iC doesn't upgrade to a Digivice Burst for Mega Evolution.
After Falcomon evolved to Crowmon, The words of Yatagaramon is still in the Dubbed version.
Miki calls ShineGreymon by name, despite never seeing him before.
US Dub Error: After digivolving, Rosemon states that she has evolved to the "Ultimate" level. The error leads to the fact that the term "Ultimate" refers to "Mega" levels in the Japanese Version.
