Dogbert knew Dilbert when he was still living with his mother. If Dilbert is 35, and moved out of his parents at 18, then that menas that dogbert would have to be at least 17, way beyond the life expectancy for a dog.

In the scene where Wally is given a mitten as a non-monetary award from the lost and found, Loud Howard discovers that he is missing a mitten that is identical to the one that Wally is given. This is to imply that Wally's award is really Loud Howard's mitten, yet earlier in this scene Loud Howard is seen to be wearing both mittens at the same time that Wally is holding a mitten.
