How does Dilbert know the new computer box is his if he doesn't open it to check?
In the room with the plug the calendar says 1987.
There is a stamp on the wall at the post office featuring the blue duck (from episode 3 of season 2, "Art")
Alice: (to Dilbert) You're letting our entire species down, you moron.
Alice: Good job representing our species.
Pointy-Haired Boss: (to Dilbert at the post office) If you know the secret password they give you free merchandise.
Dogbert: So you're on the computer trying to buy a computer from essentially another computer.
Dogbert: Do you ever worry about putting your credit card information on the internet? Dilbert: That is the most ridiculous question I have ever heard. It is no riskier to use your credit card online than to use it in any store.
Comp-U-Comp: You bet your ass! Something else that we don't have.
This is a rare guest appearance by Jerry Seinfeld and he is also the third Seinfeld alumn to appear on the show. The first two being Jason Alexander and Wayne Knight.
Show me the humans: An allsuion to the quote "Show me the money." from the movie Jerry Maguire.
Where have all the cowboys gone: This is a Grammy winning song sung by Shawn Colvin.
Vice: An allusion to the Visa credit card.
Wizard of Oz: When Dogbert pulls the plug on the tyrannical Comp-U-Comp, it is a homage to the revelation of the title character in "The Wizard of Oz."
