I was laughing when I saw a beer tasting at 5 in the morning. After drinking parts of 5 different beers to be clear headed enough to plan and execute a menu.
The dishes were amazing, a beer infused soup and a beer desert were my favorite dishes. One of the dishes, was so good he said he was going to put it on the menu in his restaurant. Now that says something. To create something that you like that much from ingredients you would never put together is something of an accomplishment. I hope that the latest press release I read is wrong, as without Chef Robert this show will suck.moreless
